“Very poor weather, which can't be helped, however having no TV or internet or swimming pool for two days was a problem. Trying to turn on the TV we found we had to use our own roaming service with very poor reception and excessive costs, when the owners were asked I was told they couldn't access the internet, however reception said there was no problem with reception they just didn't wish to pay site charges.”

“We had a very good holiday, relaxing and quiet. The van is basic but clean and works well. I find the vans a bit too close to each other and the lack of any view a bit disappointing. But on the whole, we had a very good time and the owner was very pleasant and helpful.”

“Great location very easy, a quick walk to the beach, and has a nice cafe for breakfast, good food & reasonable price. Park has a supermarket the only downside was no internet or decent phone coverage and we were asked for £7 each to use the park bar it was not a great bar so declined, some nice bars other side of the park on the beach and village, also great pizza take away in village ”

“Property is listed as ‘luxury’, sadly this is not the case. i.e. no gate on decking so dog wasn’t allowed outside, baking trays and roasting tins old and caked in old fat, as was grill tray ,Hoover didn’t work, sweeping brush broken, the bath and hand towels were old and rough in an assortment of faded colors. £6.80!!! for a dozen eggs on sale in the on site store.”

“the canavan was well placed both on the site and near to beach, it is also just 5 miles from hunstanton. there were ducks everywhere on site making sitting outside duck watching a wonderful evening,”

“We enjoyed the location, but unfortunately the rooms where smaller than other caravans I have had holidays in. It was difficult to move around in the bedrooms. Some fixtures where not fixed properly and some of the blinds where dirty when we rolled them down.The Kitchen / living room areas where clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Smaller rooms cant be help. I should have took more notice of the pictures so even though it sounds like a negative its not the owners fault. I think i...
