“This is such a cute and cozy little house. All amenities work as described. The heat and air conditioning function very well. The house is very clean with a comfortable little living room with a nice big screen TV.This is a remodeled lovely old home in a safe neighborhood. Rooms are small but definitely functional. “Kos grove cottage was a perfect location and home for 4 girlfriends celebrating many years of friendship. Our hostess, Heather, was very helpful! The house was exactly like the description and photos with a lovely screened porch, but too chilly for our fall stay. It could sleep more if needed, but perfect size for us.
