“Front desk staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. They offered bottles of water, ice water and red bull in the lobby. The room was well supplied with a variety of travel essentials provided for our convenience. My deal breaker is the bed, as this is ultimately what you are paying for. The bed was very comfortable with a nice variety of pillows. Our room was quiet and we slept very well. Breakfast was well stocked with pretty standard items.
Over all, I would highly recommend this...

“We liked the proximity to the downtown casino. We liked the friendliness of the staff and appreciated their willingness to be helpful.
The breakfast was less than minimal. Most hotel continental breakfasts offer a selection of bagels and muffins or pastries and usually either a waffle maker or pancakes. Also the only fruit offered was apples. Not exactly a breakfast fruit. Bananas or oranges would have been better.
Lastly, I was taken by surprise the first night by how loud the HVAC was. It kept...

“The advertisement on the web site what you at the hotel.
I had to upgrade my room by adding more money in order to get a better room.
The hotel also advertises as breakfast is included, but the tell you that your room does not include breakfast even after upgrading the room and paid close to $200.00 for one night- very disappointing!
Hope the hotel needs to clear and honest with their customers in the future.”

“The hotel was very easy, checking in very friendly staffed the area on the one side near the pool was incredibly dirty. There only three chairs in the pool, but certainly not enough for multiple families to go. The best part was the staff was very friendly as well as the breakfast was good, but it was interesting in that they served you so you so even though it should’ve been buffet style, you would have to go up multiple times ( especially as the ran out of items quickly abd wait in the line”
