The living room has been converted as a terrific game room, and the family room offers lots of seating and a big TV. Several bedrooms on this level too. The sofas were a bit worn, but if you have kids and pets you might not mind. Upstairs the spacious main bedroom has an adjacent room with a bed for the younger kids who you may not want separated from you.The water/marsh view wasn't what we had hoped for, but...

“We have stayed here multiple times and it is great every time! Pet friendly but clean - no “signs” of previous pets staying. Home is very comfortable and a great home base for while we are in the area visiting family. Lots of small amenities for if we forget things. Host is communicative and flexible when able to be, which is very appreciated!”
