“When I took a taxi and reached the Pogas suites for check in There was nobody and I called the owner he said the property is under renovation and I asked for refund he told me contact to the Expedia . I paid the extra for the another to stay and find a room. Please kindly refund my amount. Thanks.”

I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, soft pillows, and fresh-smelling linen, which made the stay feel very welcoming. “The owners were so kind and helpful. This is THE hidden treasure of Kingston. Bob Marley beach is walking distance and the rooftop patio was breathtaking. The AC in the rooms was perfect to cool off after a hot day. This hotel also has a bar and the pool is cute and deep enough for the kids to jump in. The rooms are very traditional Jamaican style/decor and VERY clean. The wifi was strong and overall this was a fabulous likkle spot. Mi soon come back”

“The host is very pleasant, understanding and truly cares about your stay. If you’re looking for somewhere reasonable to stay this is the place. The is no restaurant close by. Clean, safe, comfortable. There is a refrigerator, microwave. There is tea available”

“Wifi issues!! For the first day wifi only worked outside of the room, not inside; after that, it didn't work at all. My family and friends tried to reach me for two days and couldn't get me. This is a problem because loved ones will be worried and the guest can't call a taxi or order food. There's also no kitchen. The property needs to be updated. Thankfully there's hot water and AC. Wifi nonetheless, is the most important service that travelers need, and it's advertised on their website but...

“Enjoyed my time there even though we we'd leave in the early morning and return late night. I wish the bed was bigger and that the TV worked. If was difficult for two normal sizes adults to sleep on what felt like a slightly larger than a twin size bed.”
