“The room was fine. The carpet could use a good cleaning but it was not that bad. I was overly critical because the dog had accidents several places in the office area where we had to wait to register. I was comfortable in the room, but the complementary breakfast… expired breakfast bars (both of them), hard stale bread for toast, oatmeal packets that I did not touch, and a juice dispenser with no juice. Overall the room was clean and I had no problem staying there, but the rest of the experience...

“The ironing board was broken. The TV said to auto scan. I could not get it to work. I called the front desk and they said they would come up and fix it. They never did. I just streamed stuff on the computer. The water could have hotter in the couch.”

“It's great that the place is pet-friendly. We didn't try the breakfast, but the nightly fresh-baked cookies were appreciated. We encountered bugs in the room, and we were told it was roly-poly season. The front desk offered to move us, but since we had already settled in, we chose not to bother with the move.”

“There is nothing positive about this place. The room felt damp the entire time we were there, to the point your clothes almost felt wet when you put them on. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and the walls near the ceiling. We were told when we checked in there were no more rooms available, so we knew we couldn’t ask for a new room.
