Looks like it would be fun in the summer. The house had everything we needed. Even stairs! With the main items on the top floor...you'll do a lot of stairs. Lots of bathrooms, 2 fridges, washer/dryer. 2 outdoor showers. Pool looks nice though we didn't swim. Hottub was nice. Top floor living area/kitchen were open and conducive to...

“This lovely property is situated idyllically right on the sound, with gorgeous sunset views, comfy beds and truly delightful decor throughout. VERY clean. Nice quiet, yet friendly neighborhood. The ocean side is a 3 minute drive away, and the overall location was near enough to everything our group wanted to see.Our only issues were supplies: For a 4-night stay, we were left only 2 pods for the dishwasher (and after each cycle there was always a clump of hardened detergent left in the dishwasher...

“I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the property. Everything was clean. The rooms were comfortable. The views from the balconies were amazing. We really appreciated all the beach equipment provided, and also the games and puzzles. Our complaint is with Vacasa. When we arrived at the property, the code we were given for the front door was incorrect. It took us speaking to Vacasa and them having to send someone out to finally get in. Our other complaint with Vacasa is that the internet...

“Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. Walking distance to the beach and Froggy Dogs. The pool table and arcade games on the first floor are a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again. ”
