“Rummet vi hyrde var mer som en svit. Tyvärr inget säkerhetsskåp eller möjlighet att själva koka en kopp kaffe eller te. Nära stationen så lätt för oss att resa med tåg. Buss till Castle Howard tog bara 15 minuter. Restaurangen serverade god mat av modernt stuk.”

Chapter Two is a lively bar for a G&T or cocktail, the staff are very friendly. We cycled to Malton and were abke to store our bikes in the secure lobby throughout our stay. Can't recommend this place highly enough!”

“We had an amazing stay it exceeded our expectations. Stayed in the Camelia Suite overlooking the outdoor pool. It had an outdoor terrace with seating.
Sunday lunch was the best we’ve ever tasted and the breakfast was good produce and very tasty.
All of the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
A special mention to Stuart on reception and Happiness and Mia in the restaurant. The bar staff were really good too but sadly I didn’t note their names.

“Cashed in some one key points for night away . Took the scenic route from Gateshead and visited Richmond , Aysgarth Falls , Grassington and Thirsk on the way .
Had a couple of beers in the beer garden , freshened up then a gorgeous meal in the orangery.

Two things that can be improved: parking information prior to arrival and room cleanliness (it was fine but details like hair in the bathroom and dust under the bed are a bit icky).
