Duck Cottage w/ Heated Pool , big porches and 5 min walk to beach

Great space just a short walk (850ft) from the beach and sound! This home features 4 bedrooms with space for 8. A private pool (available heated for $250 a week!) (open April-Late October) for hanging and relaxing and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach access. The home is nestled among sprawling live oak trees in an old school OBX neighborhood in North Duck. The Town of Duck is only a 5 minute drive!

Four bedrooms two and a half bathrooms and spacious living room, dining room with open kitchen. Living room features a flat screen tv. You can sit on your private wrap around porch and enjoy sunset and drinks at the end of your day. There is a private pool on site for you to enjoy while not at the beach! Dogs considered on a CASE by CASE basis. You must inquire with dog info. Pet fee applies. Max 2 dogs.

Beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available complimentary for your use. The town has a 9 mile multi use path and we are located about 2 miles (20 min bike ride) from town. You can rent bikes from a variety of rental companies around Duck (Duck Village Outfitters, Ocean Atlantic Rentals)

This neighborhood still has the original feel of the old Outer Banks. Live oaks and gravel roads make you feel like you're a world away! We are about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, of course this is depending on your walking speed and there is a great multi use path that runs along Duck Road. The town of Duck has various events throughout the year such as the Fourth of July Parade, the Duck Jazz Festival, free yoga classes and kids movie nights at the town park and more. Check out the Town of Duck website for up to date info. We provide a book in the unit with recommendations of our favorite places to eat, shop, and play.

There is a 9 mile multi use path through the town of Duck! It is bit of a walk (45+ min) and a great bike ride to town (20 min), or hop in the car for a quick five minute drive. Bikes are available to rent through various rental companies or you can bring your own! No buses in Duck, but taxis are available.

We loved the central location of this property- close to everything inc. beach and sightseeing. Enjoyed the pool immensely & communication with property manager was excellent. Rented a golf cart to go to beach down the road; more of a hike than we expected to carry beach chairs, etc.House inside very clean; outside porches needed more maintenance. Definitely would recommend this property.

Great property- had everything we needed. Close to downtown Duck, yet far enough away where we weren’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Easy access to Corolla and points South. Located on a private street with access to the beach, a quick 5 minute walk. The pool was a great escape when we needed a break from the hot sand. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need!

Fun family beach trip to Duck

Great property for a family beach trip to Duck. Short walk to the beach was easy with small children, and they had plenty of beach supplies (chairs, hand cart, etc.). Kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Upstairs renovation (recent?) was well done. Having the pool was so nice with small children since the surf can be rough at the beach, so can still get plenty of water play in. This house has screened in areas which were great and noticed most other homes do not. Would definitely stay again!

Great beach house

Hosts were responsive, listing was accurate, place was clean, location was good. Couldn’t have asked for much more other than warmer weather so we could use the pool. It looked nice and clean though. Maybe next time.

Cute Home, Great Location

We had a nice stay at the house - it was easy access to beach, especially with a golf cart but you could easily walk. The house had some kitchen items there already and host provided a very nice charcuterie box upon arrival, which was very nice after a long drive.
