The location was perfect: close to the beach, but still quiet and relaxing. We especially loved [insert favorite feature: e.g., the pool, the deck views, the open kitchen, etc.]. “Four of us (two adults and two grown kids) stayed for five nights over the holiday weekend. The location of this property right on the Duck/Southern Shores boundary was just great. Sunset views of the bay were great and the ocean was a short walk or drive away. The property was very clean. We are used to renting homes that are a little more lived in, so the lack of games and puzzles (and basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper) threw us a bit. We did a lot of cooking and missed not having...

We loved being right across the street from the boardwalk and hustle and bustle of duck. Katy checked in and communicated quickly and efficiently with and questions we had. “Perfect beach cottage on the water to fit us and another couple. Kitchen was very well stocked with any and every gadget needed! Outdoor area is perfect, pool, ping pong table, corn hole boards, hot tub, pier, kayaks, outdoor shower, and extra bathroom (which was a nice surprise)! Owner communicated well and was super easy to get in touch with, although nothing extra was needed. ”
