“Property is as described. Living area is on the 3rd floor & deck has an ocean view. About a 5 minute walk to the beach - which was never very crowded. Also quite a few restaurants walkable where food is very good. Lots of chairs, etc for the beach including carts. Kitty Hawk’s proximity to sights of interest a bonus. “Everything was great! The level of cleanliness was top notch! Short walking distance to the beach and to get food. We loved that we were able to watch our favorite shows on Netflix. We even enjoyed the convenience of making our own breakfast and lunch. Being able to sit on the deck and watch the sunset was so relaxing.
