“We LOVED our stay! We were in one of the rooms right on the main road making the whole town accessible by walking. Having the patio seating right outside our door was nice and we were out there a lot. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved having the coffee from the lobby every morning. I will always stay here when visiting Lava!”
“Room was clean and comfortable but, the fireplace did not work. The bed was so worn out it had a bow in it and it was extremely uncomfortable. The hot water stopped working on our last day there, so couldn’t have a shower in the evening or the morning we checked out.
There is a small window by the bed that did not have a covering so we were completely exposed and had to use clothes and a bag to cover it.
I would strongly recommend not staying in this hotel.”
“The overall experience was good. Hot tub jets weren’t working due to maintenance. The breakfast was good although a little chaotic. They have a waffle station, a hot food selection as well as cereal, cereals, fruit, etc. The cookies at check-in were hit with my husband. Our room was the king suite with balcony, which was a great room. There was a Jacuzzi tub, which would’ve been more enjoyable If the Jets didn’t keep shutting off after only two minutes however still a fabulous spacious room. I...
