“This was a lovely hotel in a nice quiet area just a few minutes drive to Kicking Horse Ski Resort. The owners and staff are very helpful and friendly and we will definitely be back! Rooms are comfortable with plenty of natural light and even a Nespresso machine, robes and slippers!”

“The heat system was horrible. It was so loud to have the heat on but soon after you turned it off the room became very cold. The floors were so cold you had to wear shoes inside. It was extremely drafty around both the door entrance and the balcony doors. There seemed to be little or no thought for being environmentally conscious at all which seemed very odd in a national park. For the high price we paid this was nothing more than an average motor motel. ”

“El Pueblo is very thoughtfully planned and cheerfully executed. The staff, from the front desk, to the maintenance staff, to the breakfast staff, were uniformly courteous and helpful. The grounds were very clean, well-organized, and tastefully decorated with holiday lights. “I was very surprised on how well everything was. Lovely hotel. A great room setup. Quiet and romantic. Amazing views. Awesome jacuzzi and inside pool. Close to everything. Wish there was more restaurants and i wish i won more in gambling other than that i will be coming back. I forgot to use my rewards card but definitely gambled two days. Hope thats enough for some comps. I ate at the 24/7 three times. Thank you for keeping us entertained. ”
