“Cute rustic hotel on the outskirts of Cody; note that you won’t be downtown so you’ll always need to drive somewhere but you will be right next to the rodeo. Added note for Expedia travelers the hotel a few dollars more than what’s quoted on Expedia; not sure why (it’s not taxes).
Thoughtful amenities and touches like evening cookies and a 24 hour juice/tea bar. Breakfast was ok.”
“Check in staff not very friendly, hot tub didn’t work, it was very clean, nice, but paint was peeling and falling off in the bathroom etc. breakfast was ok staff was not happy. Curtain didn’t close lit up room all night”
“The location was excellent, and we absolutely loved Waterton and the surrounding area. The city itself was beautiful and made the stay worthwhile.
However, there were a few issues with the hotel that were disappointing. There was no elevator, which made accessing the room inconvenient, especially with luggage. Our room was also not cleaned the following day. No one checked with us to see if we needed basic supplies such as coffee, cups, or fresh towels, and the garbage was not emptied...
