“Free coffee all day and free breakfast was nice. There is a $25 pet fee which I’ve never had to pay at a LaQuinta. Had I known that I might’ve picked another hotel. This one is right on the highway (I-70) so you can hear cars and trucks 24/7. There also could’ve been a better strategy to spread out dogs and kids. Tough time sleeping due to our neighbors little dogs barking all night and the obnoxious owner screaming at it.
The room itself was perfectly comfortable and the staff was very kind....

“The hotel was busy. They charge you for parking, which was not listed in their description. Breakfast would have been better if there was some left. We have stayed there before, but this time wasn't as clean. The coffee was fine. Check in and out was ok.”

“Nice room, but pictures were a little misleading as we thought the room was 3 queens. Difficult time calling front desk to notify of late arrival, could only get through choosing reservations.
Operational manager reached out regarding concerns and was exceptionally professional in addressing the issues!
Potential of the hotel is extremely high with the right corrections moving forward. Believe the manager will guide staff towards the importance of the hospitality mentality that should be...
