“The property was clean and well maintained. The room was very clean and tidy. AC was great and shower and bathroom were great as well. The beds were very clean. The staff, day and night, were amazingly professional, friendly and happy. My only complaint was that the outlets at the bedside were loose and it was a challenge to keep the plug in proper place to complete a charge.”

“It is apparent the property is not being well maintained. We have been staying here for the past few years when we come home to visit and it has gradually declined. The room was clean enough, but not great. One of the spare pillows in the closet has small blood stains and there was small areas of brown spots on the wall near the toilet. Smudges on the vanity and mirror. Attention to detail in cleaning is lacking.”

“Rooms clean, good breakfast, easy access to main road”

“We had no housekeeping for the last day of our stay which was last Sunday. We had to go downstairs to get our wine open and come back up no wine opener. We ran out of tissue what else? Oh our keys stopped working for two days. I had to get them recharged and we had expected to have breakfast you know complementary breakfast like the Hilton and other hotels I’m really shocked and amazed so my mother and I am at 80 six-year-old Mom and I who flew in from New York were not impressed. ”

“You get what you pay for, good hotel for the money paid. Very friendly staff However breakfast was very unhealthy and only had disposable plates and cups, no fruit or vegetables.”

“The room was old and smelled off. The pull-out couch was broken and no sheets or blankets were provided. There was a tv remote, but no back to the remote, leaving you to hold the batteries to change the tv. The fridge did not cool. out of the 3 light bulbs, only 2 worked, sometimes. The best part....the 2 am smoke alarm in our room going off for assuming, low battery and we listened to that for the rest of the early morning until I had to get up at 6 am for a game. I got maybe 2hours of "rest"...

“Room was ok, the maid had not emptied the bathroom garbage from precious guest, towel rack was not completely secured to the wall, and bathroom faucet moved. But bed was comfortable and room was generally clean. Staff was friendly on check in but not at desk when we left. ”
