“We arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful. Our stay coincided with a breakfast with Father Christmas (in not American, so i dont say "Santa" and it was lovely seeing the children all excited. I definitely recommend Rainhill Hall. ”

“One of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been travelling for almost 50 years. Clean, plenty of space, quiet and all the things in the kitchen area that I needed. Comfy bed. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Very nice staff and just 10 minutes walk, tops, from the train station and city centre. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Liverpool. ”
