“The staff were very friendly.”

“Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. ”

“The room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. A couple of things needed attention like the veneer on bathroom door was peeling from water damage and the material on the rolling chair was coming off but all in all I would stay here again. ”

“Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon.”

“This is a terrible place to stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and the second morning we found a live GERMAN COCKROACH! We took it to the front desk and showed them and the lady at the front desk was immediately questioning us on how it got there. We had to go buy large trash bags to bag all of our belongings so we didn’t get roaches in our house. We tried contacting the manger via email and the front desk tried contacting her. We have received no response from the manager at all or any type of...

“Rooms weren’t awful. There was landscaping happening when I was checked in and it blew a bunch of dirt in the room that I could feel when I walked around. Good for a quick stay but more than likely wouldn’t recommend for a long stay.”

“This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”

“Hotel was clean and decent. Wasn't worth the price we paid, but there was a big event in the area so prices spiked. Staff wasn’t very friendly. The front desk employee was playing games on a computer not paying any attention while 2 guests waited at the counter to check in. ”

“Checked in and there was hair all through the shower and the toilet was leaking. Woke up in the morning to a cockroach in my bag..can’t comment on the breakfast because didn’t stay long enough for that. ”
