“Checkin staff person was courteous and efficient. We were in our room within 2 minutes. Room was clean and beds were comfy. We had a great sleep. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits/ gravy. Coffee was good.”

“The smoke alarm started chirping at 4:00 a.m.—this should have been checked so that this doesn’t happen to hotel guests. Although bed was comfortable, chair in room needed to be replaced as was old and worn.”

“It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL! The place needs a severe update and an exterminator. I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend. The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES! The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it. I shook out everything that I took in to the room. I got woke up very early to someone yelling "Hey ,hey,hey I know she has her phone". ...

“The evening staff was amazing! One evening we came back to the hotel late and the lady that was working that evening heated us up cookies to take back to our room! She was so sweet as well! The room was very clean! I’m the crazy mom who checks for cleanliness and bugs and it passed my search! The breakfast was super yummy as well. They had so many options to pick from ”

“Breakfast was a little salty, and you have to pay about $8 for it, but it got the job done, and there was free coffee. The staff was wonderful, check-in was at 3pm and checkout was at 12pm. It was a great experience. ”

“Clean room, easy check in, friendly staff. I was I little worried because a school team was checking in and given rooms right next to mine. Either they were exceptionally quiet or the rooms are well insulated. Simple breakfast but they have a yogurt machine that was the best! I'd stay again.”

“Im not sure what you are paying for . . . You are on the same street as other 3-4 star hotels. There was nothing that stood out about this hotel. The staff was okay. The room was unique. One irritating thing, there were no clear signs for pricing on the fridge or near the snacks. And I assumed for $500+ a night in knoxville, a bag of chips and a coke would be complimentary. I thought that was part of what you were paying for. Again. Nice hotel. Staff fine. Bed was weird though. And ill also...

“There were 2 people screaming at each other, slamming doors, and pounding on the walls from 2:30-5:30 am. It ruined the experience.”
