"Good atmosphere, plenty of sun chairs both in shade and in the sun. The personell were friendly, helpful and were very service minded. Love that there are so many plants everywhere, the grounds are very well maintained. The room got cleaned everyday and you could choose if you wanted new sheets or not. Our room was located by the narrow pool and it was surprisingly calm and quiet there. We didn’t hear any bothersome noise from the Main Street. I guess rooms closer to ARKbar might get som noise from their music during the evening. "

"We have had amazing days at this hotel. Right when we arrived we were bummed out that we hadn’t booked enough nights. Everything was 10/10. The only negative is that the hotel Is so nice that you don’t wanna leave it to explore the island 😅 "

"It's a great new modern hotel with super friendly staff. Good location as well and a nice beach. Great breakfast, good restaurant, nice family activities. My only feedback is the cold water in pools. They are not heated and I think I saw maybe 2-4 people in the water during our 2-day stay. It seems common in Koh Samui not to have heated pools, but it felt a bit wasted to have the pool outside your room with direct access but it was painful to jump in. But it would not be right of me to give any other review than 5 stars, thanks to the very friendly hotel staff. "
