“Charming little cottage, perfect for our short stay in the area! It is beautiful inside and very fresh and new feeling. My husband and I were quite comfortable while staying here and especially enjoyed the river access after spending the morning hiking. (The only thing that would have made the river better would be some camp chairs to sit in.) The cottage is fully furnished with thoughtful extras thrown in. Very clean and no smells (good or bad). The kitchen is fully equipped. A/C and ceiling...

“We visit every year to the Smokies. Some come from NC, Illinois, Iowa and always with our Dad. This was our first visit without him since he made the trip to Heaven last year. He would have loved this property as much as we did.”

“Perfect home for family vacation! Clean and comfortable with tons of yard space for the kids to play. Felt like we were in the mountains away from the business of Pigeon Forge but so close it only took a few minutes to get to the fun. Loved this VRBO and will be back again. ”

“We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to escape the hustle of the main street in Pigeon Forge, but also so close to it that we didn't have to spend much time in the car going out. The beds were comfortable. The queen bedroom had a chalk wall that was fun for my son and a train set. The backyard for our dog was ok, it's a steep hill, but it's the mountains, so everywhere is a hill. The couches could use updating as they were not very comfy. But otherwise, everything was great!”

“Wow! From the time we walked in to the time we left we felt this home and its host's offered everything for a perfect relaxing time. The house was spotless and had every amenity imagined. Very clean. Each room was perfect! “The property was great for our stay. We had 3 couples and 2 singles stay in the house. The house lay out easily allowed for us to have 5 other folks over for dinner. Loved having 2 ovens! Embarrassed to admit that it took me a minute to find the silverware drawer at the end of the island! But TBH it worked great! Also enjoyed the pool table. We all enjoyed the homey atmosphere! ”
