“We had a great time staying at Cousin Sid. The kids enjoyed the tractor .The home was clean and as described and close to everything we needed.The only problem we had was the floor vents not being attached to the floor.The kids kept tripping on them other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. ”

“This was the best by far property we have ever stayed in. Beautiful victorian home, beautifully decorated and the grounds had flowers blooming. The front porch was where we had our morning coffee. “In town for son’s army commissioning and his and his girlfriend’s graduation. Her family from across the country was in town and they were having to drive 45 minutes to get to events. We were able to gather in the yard after graduation to celebrate the two graduates. We were able to pick up pizza and chicken from Walmart within minutes. Bring your chairs and enjoy the surroundings. Property manager right next door. This is not the place to have a lot of activity but just right to kick back...

“We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to escape the hustle of the main street in Pigeon Forge, but also so close to it that we didn't have to spend much time in the car going out. The beds were comfortable. The queen bedroom had a chalk wall that was fun for my son and a train set. The backyard for our dog was ok, it's a steep hill, but it's the mountains, so everywhere is a hill. The couches could use updating as they were not very comfy. But otherwise, everything was great!”
