“Comfortable and quiet place very close to town. Host was amazing. Great communication, very responsive, flexible to our needs.Note that this property is up a steep gravel driveway. Very stable and well maintained, but we has two people in our party in their 60s, and we did not have a car. The hill was a challenge. If you have a car, or are younger, it is not a problem at all. Beautiful view from the house too.”

“The house was very nicely finished and the location was amazing! Our host was very accommodating when we got in a bind with a cancelled flight. We were in Kodiak on business so we didn't have much time to explore but would love to come back and stay here again and take a fishing trip and sightseeing tour with Rick and Hope!”

“Well, I almost dont want to do a great review to keep the GEM of a house off the radar. The only thing this house lack is Reviews! Best stocked kitchen ever, every spice, cooking and baking gadget you can image...mixers, blenders etc. I used to run 5 of these and this place rivalled my best home for kitchen items. Sitting on the front porch Grilling and have a cocktail, is perfect. Road in front has limited traffic and sunrise and sunset views are nice. Every bedroom has a TV and the...
