“A really lovely hotel with a great view of Mt Fuji. We had a good size room with a balcony, I loved just sitting on the balcony with a coffee. We added the evening taster dinner which was excellent. The breakfast was just as good. It was a 20 minute walk from the bus station, but used the free shuttle bus on the day we left to get us back to the bus station. Overall an excellent stay and would recomment it.”

“The staff was not shy of attempting to utilize English while helping foreign visitors, which was a great help when my Japanese couldn't help. The staff working in the restaurant, both during breakfast and dinner, were incredibly helpful, kind, and forthcoming when trying to converse. The homely feel of the room could be felt by these staff members, making the stay feel cozy throughout. Not only was the staff kind, but the elegance and taste of the food elevated the experience by miles. Thank you...
