Aloha och välkommen till vår nyrenoverade lägenhet i soliga Poipu, Kauai. Denna privata, välskötta enhet med ett sovrum ligger bara några steg från stranden !!!

Du kan koppla av på lanai medan du njuter av den vackra havsutsikten. Det är perfekt för par och bra för din smekmånad.

Vardagsrummet har fantastisk utsikt över trädgårdarna och poolen.

Du kan höra havsvågorna från sovrummet på natten eller koppla av på Lanai med vacker havsutsikt. Köket är fullt utrustat med en 30-ugns standard och mikrovågsugn. Ny 40-tums LCD-TV med HD-kanaler för din njutning i vardagsrummet. Dessutom har jag just installerat en ny 27-tums TV i sovrummet. Alla TV-apparater har en Blue Ray-spelare

Det finns två sandstränder tvärs över gatan. Simning med havssköldpaddorna och iakttagelse av valar och munsäl är inom 100 meter från lägenheten. Eller du kan koppla av vid poolen omgiven av tropiska trädgårdar medan du lyssnar på ljudet från det närliggande vattenfallet. BBQ-området är tillgängligt för dig att njuta komplett med picknickbord.

Det finns en mängd utmärkta restauranger i Poipu-området. Butiker ligger bara några minuter bort i Gamla Koloa stad eller Poipu Shopping Village. Glöm inte att besöka Spouting Horn och Botanical Gardens inom gångavstånd. Bara några minuter bort är golf, tennis och ridning. Vid Kukuiula hamn finns öppna havsdyk, havsturer, segling och sportfiske.

Anniversary getaway

This property was perfect! The front and back views are fantastic. The beach is just across the street and was great for snorkeling. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bbq area was great. The pool was clean and quiet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect apartment with an amazing view of the ocean right off the bedroom. Every morning was spent on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrises while watching the parrots fly off to the mountains. The location was great as well, close to some action but far enough away we felt like there was seclusion. The historic park next door was beautiful as well. Inside there was everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. They had items we could use for fun in the ocean as well as entertainment for a night in. All in all this was a great place to stay and well worth the price.

Beautiful condo great location

Enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as the pictures showed in the listing. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai while watching the sun rise over a mountain to my left and the waves from the ocean to my right. Sunset was a very short walk to the beach. Perfect location to travel around the south and west side of the island.

Fantastic Condo and Location

The condo is fantastically stocked. There were coffee filters and other things needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, tons of beach items and coolers. Also really liked having our own washer and dryer in the unit. The pool and location is awesome.

Great Location

The view was great of the oven and loved spending time on the deck for breakfast and dinner. Close to beaches and restaurants. Kitchen had double of everything. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was peaceful for just seating and reading a book. The office had a scale so we could weigh our bags.

Great home base for anniversary island adventure

Had a very memorable stay at our Prince Kuhio condo. Comfortable amenities, and it was pleasant to see all of the included items in the unit: especially the Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and umbrella and the boogie boards. So nice! Really enjoyed going home to it each night, and waking up to roosters crowing each morning. Thank you!

AMAZING!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for my cousin's wedding close by, and I cannot believe how perfect this condo was for the occasion! They had everything you need at your fingertips, across the street from the water and one of the best restaurants on the island, it was honestly everything we could have asked for. Beautiful complex and condo. Condo was equipt anticipating all needs. Host's personal artwork was displayed throughout, a great adddition to beautifful decor. Close to all south shore destinations and the airport. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Cozy rental in great location

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great and the apartment was clean with an ocean view from the back balcony. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available for use. The only drawback was that the pool closes at sunset. Given that the sun went down at 6 o’clock that was really unfortunate and unexpected as most other places we have stayed have pools that are open until 9 or 10pm.

The grounds were very nice (pool) ponds. Condo well furnished. A little dated but nice. Front door should have an extra deadbolt, didn't feel verty secure. A couple nights some kids would run and bang on all the doors. (PARENTS??) Overall very pleased with our stay. Would book there again.

The condo was very clean, extremely well stocked with everything needed and more! We enjoyed listening to the waves at night and the 'parakeet show' at sunset and sunrise was awesome! Grounds were very well kept as well, and we enjoyed a dip in the pool at the end of the day before heading across the street for sunset. We will definitely return!

We did not have hot water the last three days. Other than that, our stay was great and the house was well furnished with beach equipment including chairs, coolers and umbrellas. I especially liked all of the containers to store food. The location is unbelievable.

Was great to have use of beach chairs and umbrellas and a big plus to have washer/dryer in the unit. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again if available. The lanai is not private at all, so wasn't able to use much, but that is not a deal breaker for us. So nice to back onto a park instead of other condos. Would recommend

Lovely art, a well stocked kitchen, beach gear, and a very comfortable bed meet you each visit. The view of the sunrise, park, and the ocean from the lanai (balcony) is a wonderful experience and gives us a sense of serenity. Do yourself a favor, book PK213. If you see days available on the calendar book then as quickly as you can, or someone else will. We have stayed in this unit at least six times. Aloha!
