no hassle house

this house provided everything you could possibly need or want to make the stay perfect. The kitchen in particular was the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. Good location to several beaches with all the beach toys you could ever need.

FAR exceeded our expectations!

Our family of five adults and three teens and a tween stayed in this marvelous house for five nights in July 2024. It was hard to tear ourselves away to go to the beaches and our excursions because the house itself was so enjoyable. I've never rented a more beautifully equipped property. Everything anyone could want in the kitchen was there--in abundance. Clean, matching, tasteful. The pool and spa were wonderful. Linens fresh and plentiful. There was shared beach gear in the garage along with a second refrigerator for drinks and a couple of bicycles. There was an inflatable bed in the garage which was not mentioned in the description. We did not use it, but it could have been helpful in the upstairs office space -- plenty of room for it there. We did have our youngest camping out with the two older girls in one of the bedrooms instead of the sofa bed just because they all wanted to be together. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Does it sound like we had a good time there??? Yes! Thank you for helping us celebrate 50 years of marriage with our family. It could not have been nicer. If we get to return to Kauai together, this would be our first choice of rentals.

House on Kiahuna golf course

Very nice house in the Poipu area on the Kiahuna golf course. Nice pool with an outdoor shower to rinse off after the pool or beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The living room and bedrooms were just as nice. The individual room ac units and ceiling fans were a plus too. Everyone throughly enjoyed the stay.

Great memories

This was one of our better trips to Hawaii and the place we stayed had a lot to do with that. Centrally located, large, and plenty of amenities, the house and property are top notch with a beautiful view of the golf course and beyond.

Great home but needs TLC

This negative review is more on the management/maintenance of the property. We stayed at the property 7 days and on day 2 we noticed the refrigerator was not cold. I notified Parish and they sent out a "repairman" who did nothing to remedy the issue. The next day I again notified them and the sent him out again. He came out and again said the issue was resolved but it continued. Finally on the last time I notified them they said we should use the refrigerator located in the Garage. I really don't feel for a home of the price we should have to walk to the garage everytime we needed something out of the refrigerator. There was lots of maintenace issues throughout the home. There was extensive Tile work in the home and around the pool. It needed much maintenance as there was lots of missing grout/cracks. There was several areas in the home where there was chipped/marked paint. By the way I contacted Parish privately and gave them the chance to respond to me privately and they did not. I answered their Survey and reached out to them at checkout when I returned the keys. Overall this is a great home which met our requirements of our Family for a once in a lifetime trip to celebrate my Wife and mines 46 anniversay. It slept our 9 family members quite comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub . Great location ,close to everything We had a great memorable time in spite of the issues. I will update this review if Parrish Collections decide to reach out to me to discuss these issues.

Beautiful area

Our family of 9 stay at this house for 10 days in March. This house backs on to the golf course which is very beautiful. We enjoyed our stay at this house. I will list the pros and cons of the house Pros - the house is large it fit our 3 families very well. There are 2 fridges in the house one in the kitchen one in the garage. There are plenty of beach chairs and pool toys. There is lots of dishes and pots and pans in the kitchen. Cons - there is no air conditioning in the house. We had bugs in the master bedroom lots of them. (They did come in and spray but this should have taken care of before guests arrive). The doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms are louver doors (shutter style) so you can every sound in the house. The pool is not heated and even though it's warm outside the pool is very cold to swim in. The rugs are dirty and need a cleaning. The windows and screens r very dirty. The shower doors need a deep cleaning. The house needs to be upgraded. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. The house has a musty smell to it. They only have 2 dish towels and 2 dishcloths in he house for you. Linda

Spacious house, nice pool, quiet location.

The house was good for larger families. We all had our own rooms with bathrooms. The pool was private making a great location to hang out. It was only a short drive to the beach.

Very nice home.

It was great having the 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. It was very quiet and relaxing with many restaurants nearby. The only drawback was that the pool was not heated and in January it was almost too cold to swim. Wish they had an option to pay to heat the pool, which a house we stayed at in Palm Springs had. Would have been worth it. But we loved the house.

Beautiful property, everything and more then we expected!

Well furnished and maintained both inside and out. Certainly a good deal for the quality of the property and location. Would recommend for parties that need sleeping arrangements for up to ten persons.

The perfect house

We had a great family vacation in this beautiful location. The house was perfect for our large group. Large bedrooms with private baths, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beach gear, awesome pool, quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunsets, close to restaurants and beaches...I can’t think of one negative.

Loved it. Would book again for longer!

Well appointed home on the golf course with pool, spa and everything you need to enjoy Poipu. Such a great property that we rarely left. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Well equipped kitchen; generous amenities; spacious

Enjoyed our stay at Kiahuna Vista....would love to return for another stay. Our grandkids loved the pool. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen! Wonderful 11 days!
