Thank you, Shauna, for taking the time to share your experience. So glad you enjoyed your overall stay. The lanai construction on the bottom floor units will be completed within the month. That is the reason a few furniture pieces are stored at the tennis court. The guests can now play tennis and pickleball upon request. The construction next to the property is a remarkably high-end single family of ten residences and very few have built currently. The work allowed is from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, closed on weekends. Mahalo once again for staying with us.

Aloha Mark and Apryle. We completely understand your frustration. It appears that there's a breakdown of communication on our end. You were supposed to be notified beforehand and it looks like we dropped the ball and for this, we sincerely apologize. Of all the years we manage this property, this is the first complaint ever for being unresponsive. We usually take care and resolve the matter(s) right away. We will take your comments to heart and will make every effort to effectively communicate moving forward. While we acknowledge the construction next door, we haven't heard of any other noise complaints from the in-house guests next door whom we happen to manage as well. We expect that the contractor adheres to the rules set forth that no construction noise this very early. As far as the views, guests can still see the great mountain views to the north end and still see the ocean views to the east and south end. We will investigate your complaint further, and we thank you for bringing this up to our attention. The caution sign to the lanai doesn't really refer to the subject property but the association prefers that we send blanket notices to all the in-house guests. This doesn't really hamper the guests from enjoying the beautiful sunrises from the balcony. Once again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Mahalo nui loa.
