The place itself was great. I would have given 5 stars but be aware that the generic "contact the host" that VRBO offers before you arrive sends you to people who have no idea about the place. I asked specific questions about what would be available (such as spices, foil, cooking oil, shampoo, drinking water,...) and everything these hosts told me was wrong. Once you get to the place there is a different email in a folder that gets you the actual host. Other than that it was clean, spacious for the four of us, and well located (although be aware than most restaurants in the area close around 8 PM). Great access to beach. I would stay here again.

We booked this place for my Fathers 70th birthday with 5 of us staying at the condo. It was nice sized for our group and we really enjoyed the space. Would book here again!

This was the best vacation rental on Kauai or anywhere that I've ever experienced. Check-in was a breeze, location was perfect, & the condo was clean, comfortable & cozy. Can't wait to return!

It’s a very clean and comfortable place, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping centers. Beds were really comfortable, I usually have hard time sleeping on vacations, but here we felt like we’re home. Kitchen has everything you need, also beach gear that was very useful.

Beautiful condo with perfect location to all places of interest, food etc

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay in Kuaui in this beautiful 3 bedroom condo at Pili Mai. It was very comfortable and conveniently located to the best beaches, places of interest and restaurants, grocery etc. The house was very well furnished.

We arrived at 2:30 am. It was pouring rain and we couldn’t find the condo. We called the help line and they tried but couldn’t really help us, the manager didn’t respond to the on call people either until 5:30am. The next day we found the #15 building sign instructed by folate so you couldn’t see it. The condo is the first building on the left as you drive in. Maybe the listing should include that small detail so it’s easier for guests to find in the night. I messaged the hosts a couple times and either didn’t hear back or was days before a response. Other than all that, it’s a very nice condo and fit our needs.

We stayed 8 nights and had such a great stay at this condo. Great having beach chairs, umbrella and snorkeling gear. The pool and hot tub were amazing and never crowded. Will definitely be back.
