Luxury Hawaiian living at its best! Enjoy cooking in a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an open dining and living floor plan. This new and modern vacation home is uniquely decorated with style, comfort and relaxation in mind. This house has central air conditioning throughout, an outdoor shower, gas BBQ grill, and indoor washer & dryer. The main floor has a common guest half bathroom and two guest bedrooms - one with king bed/tv and one with queen bed, each with ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king size bed/tv and ensuite bathroom. 6 guests max.

The Poipu Beach Athletic Club Membership is included and is only about 1/2 mile. There you will find a pool with a waterslide & waterfalls, hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, cardio & weight rooms, basketball & shuffleboard. Enjoy food & drinks at the Cabana Bar & Grill, or take a fitness class (additional costs).

DESTINATION KAUAI is a locally owned and family operated company committed to providing excellent guest service to visitors wanting to experience, respect, and enjoy our beautiful Kaua'i.

Awesome Place

Will come again when we return, management and owners very responsive to any issues, 3 suites with bathrooms is really nice, close to beaches and restaurants, access to sports club is awesome, and overall excellent place.

What a wonderful place to stay in the southern part of Kauai! Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! Access to the beach club was a bonus! This home had everything! Beach chairs and umbrellas, snorkeling gear great decor, comfortable beds and furniture! It was the perfect base for our experience! Jeremy was a very responsive And helpful host!Mahalo!

Fabulous Property

We loved the layout and location of the house. The property was clean and spacious and there were a lot of on site extras that made the stay even better. Beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, sand toys, laundry soap etc. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice and we look forward to returning.

1st time to Kauai

Treated our nieces to a vacation before heading back to college. Great property which truly felt like a home away from home. Plenty of space, modern touches, and had everything we needed. Fantastic Stay

We had an awesome vacation - and a big part of that was a great house to call home for the week. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The access to the Athletic Club was a nice perk and our kids had a blast playing in the pool each afternoon. We can’t wait to come back.

Plantation House

I recently stayed at Plantation House managed by Destination Kauai, and had a fantastic experience. The house was so spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. Additionally, the property was well-maintained, and the check-in process was seamless. I highly recommend this vacation house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Only one teeny note: the Poipu Athletic Club Pool available for us was a 17 - 19 minute walk on a highway. The pictures of the pool make the pool and slide look so large. It was a little deceiving, but it is still a great resort-style pool with great service. The Cabana Grill was surprisingly delicious, and the cocktails were perfect. We would recommend this house and area.

Terrific Vacation Home

Location to shops, tourist attractions(20-30min),and beaches is great! Our family loved having access to the pool and club. We appreciated having beach chairs, towels, and coolers provided. We would stay here again!

A Beautiful Home

We were on our first family vacation, celebrating my 50th birthday, and this home was exactly what we were hoping for! We’ve been coming to the island since 2002 and this was our first VRBO experience. We love the Poipu area, and the comfort of this home is incredible. The layout is perfect, the beds are extremely comfortable, the furnishings are beautiful, and the home has everything you need to feel “at home”. We will absolutely stay here again!!

Our family visited poipu for thanksgiving. House was amazing, spacious, very clean and considerately stocked with everything we would need! Loved the location and neighborhood. Rental staff was responsive and accommodating. We would love to return!
