Hale Honu - TVNC # 1359

Ligger ovanför historiska Koloa Landing, även känd som Hanaka'ape Bay, har Hale Honu dominerande bay och havsutsikt. Strax utanför din privata Lanai är några av de bästa snorkling och dykning ön har att erbjuda. Gigantiska havssköldpaddor ses under simning och sola sig på klipporna och under vintermånaderna kan man se pölvalar som bryter utanför revet.

Tidigare känd som Garden Isle Cottages Ocean Front ligger vi i ett lugnt, kustområde omgivet av tropiska lövverk, banan och plumeria. Två sovrum och två badrum plus övre och nedre vardagsrum och ett fullt utrustat kök gör detta till ett bekvämt hem. Island avslappnad inredning erbjuder komfort och funktionalitet. Både övre och nedre sovrumssviterna är luftkonditionerade och identiska i storlek. Med cirka 1500 kvadratmeter boyta är detta hem perfekt för en liten familj eller två par.

Wonderful stay

We loved staying at the perfectly named Hale Honu. The house is beautiful and in a great location. We watched the turtles and enjoyed using the bbq and eating meals outside. There are so many beautiful plants in the gardens and a wonderful view of the river and the ocean. Many beautiful beaches are within walking distance. We would highly recommend a stay at this house!

Beautiful property!

This house is fantastic. Beautifully decorated and maintained. Kitchen has everything you need or want. The view from the decks is awesome. 27 sea turtles on the rocks one morning! Close to beaches, dining and shopping. Highly recommend this place!

Those views! Turtle Lovers Dream. Amazing Scuba and snorkeling out the back door!

Words cannot do this place justice! The bed was beyond comfortable. The short walks to baby beach, shopping, dining, Koloa landing just a few minutes away we're amazing and yet we still felt secluded and private. We loved seeing the turtles come in and out of the cove and snorkeling and scuba out in the bay are second to none. We hope to come back again soon!

Very nice house, with a beautiful view

This house is exactly as advertised. Newly remodeled, one bedroom on each floor. Nice views of the bay and a feeding stream with plenty of sea turtles. Nicely decorated and well supplied kitchen. We would rent again.

Hale Honu

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this stay, it was like home away from home. Property is 100% immaculate, no details were sparred. Wonderful neighborhood and easy access to amenities. We utilized the outdoor grill and enjoyed home cook meals most of our stay, all kitchen supplies made this very easy. We definitely recommend and plan to book again in the not to distant future. Thank you for a remarkable stay!

Hard To Say Goodbye

Hale Honu made our family getaway to Kauai a dream! The pictures do not do this house justice. It was a beautiful home and it was hard to say goodbye. We enjoyed morning coffee while watching our new friends, the sea turtles from our patio. The view from both patios was amazing. Evening drinks on the patio was even better. The beds were huge and comfortable., the kitchen was a dream to cook in and the bathrooms had amazing showers with the best water pressure. The A/C in each bedroom made our nights very comfortable. Hale Honu thank you for a wonderful getaway! Until next time!

Hale Honu Perfect Vacation Home

Pictures online do not do this property justice!! From the moment we walked through the gate our jaws dropped! So much charm. The windows and doors, the decor, the views, the sound of the waves and the constant trade winds coming through was spectacular. Waking up every morning to watch the sea turtles head out to the ocean & waiting for them each night to come back to the cove was so fun. The location was perfect and walking distance to great shops and only a mile drive to our favorite beach @ the Sheraton. We loved our stay so much, we booked it again for next year. The house was fully stocked with all the necessities. Garden Isle Rentals were wonderful and I loved their communication with us via text from the moment we landed on the island!! Mahalo!!!!!!

Don’t look any further….TURTLES TURTLES everywhere!!!

Words can’t do this place justice. 2 parents and 4 teenagers stayed and everyone agreed, it was our amazing stay of all our trips. The house fit our group perfect and there were 2 people per bathroom and 2 im each bedroom. The upstairs has a couch and a futon type bed. It was too small to fit 2 teenagers but one was fine sleeping on the couch. The views are AMAZING!!! You see sunrises, turtles on rocks, turtles swimming, turtles sunbathing. The outdoor space is so nice to eat at, relax at and just chill. We spent a lot of time outdoors. You can snorkel just outside the house down the stairs and baby beach is a 2 minute walk. You can walk to all the stores. The location is perfect to get to everything within 40 minutes. We will absolutely be back!!!! We would highly recommend this stay to anyone. It was absolute perfection!!!

Great location. Easy to south, east and west coast activities. I appreciated the host checking on us via text during the stay. Despite my best tech efforts and ability to read, I couldn’t figure out the satellite TV. So I enjoyed sitting on the upper deck listening to the ocean and watching the 10 to 15 turtles swimming and soaking in the sun.

Very comfortable house. We cooked 4 meals in the chef's kitchen, slept like a dream on the very luxurious beds, and enjoyed the lanai overlooking turtle cove. The management company had a lilikoi pie waiting for us in the fridge to thank us for renting with them again! Can't wait for our next stay!

You couldn't ask for a better location with amazing ocean views, 5 minute walk to baby beach and of course turtles basking outside your lanai. The house is super clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The Garden Island folks were very helpful and we met Joanne the owner who helped us out with a glitch with the gate code. Wonderful people, fantastic stay ! Thank you, we will be back !

We traveled to Maui a few years back and this is when we learned that air conditioning was not “common” in Hawaii. I was hopeful since there were only units in the bedrooms that we wouldn’t be miserable. It was so breezy with the sliding doors open upstairs and down that air conditioning was absolutely not needed. We spent most of our time on the lanai watching the turtles. At the end of our trip (sadly) we discovered there was access to actually swim with the turtles. This hidden gem was just steps from the front door around the corner. We would definitely recommend staying here, you won’t regret it!!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Tastefully updated home with everything a family needs. Great location that is minutes away from baby beach sunsets. Turtles and seals outside the back door. Incredible.
