Detta är en mycket rymlig (1650+ kvadratmeter), nyrenoverad och dekorerad, översta våningen (2: a 3: e), hörn Penthouse, 3BR / 3BA med två privata balkonger att sitta på och njuta av din favorit tropiska drink. Detta är den bästa platsen i regentskomplexet och sitter på den eftertraktade grönbältet, och lämnar bara några minuters promenad mellan dig och stranden! Lägenheten ligger i den exklusiva Regency Resort ligger i hjärtat av Poipu.

Poipu Beach är Kauai mest önskvärda område och har nyligen betygsatt stranden # 1 i hela Amerika. Min enhet är en av de största bostadsrätterna i Poipu! Enhetens storlek och interna layout ger rymlig komfort för så många som 8, (extra utrymme för små barn) men kan också fungera bra och prissätts perfekt för mindre grupper.

Min lägenhet har precis genomgått en stor ombyggnad (maj 2018), inklusive nya granitkök och badrumsdiskar, nya armaturer, uppdatering av köket och köp av alla nya möbler och hushållsartiklar. Nya kakelgolv och matta spänner över hela enheten och det ser fantastiskt ut. Med nymålade väggar erbjuder varje rum nu en anpassad känsla. Det är verkligen en fantastisk plats att bo!

The condo är också professionellt inrett av en ö expert! Vi köpte nyligen alla nya exklusiva, teakmöbler av hög kvalitet, 3 nya madrasser med kungen och drottningen som minneskum, en ny 55 "TV, nya köksmaterial, strandleksaker, konstverk och dekorationer. Med de nya möblerna och ombyggnaden känns den här enheten helt ny.

Golvplanen är väl utformad med köket och två sovrum på en våning och det tredje sovrummet och badrummet på andra våningen för optimal integritet. Höghastighets trådlöst internet finns utan extra kostnad för att hålla kontakten om du väljer att. Jag erbjuder två bärbara luftkonditioneringsapparater för ytterligare $ 120 / week och de ger en iskalig avkylning efter en hel dag under solen. De två enkelsängarna i det tredje sovrummet kan göras till en kung. Extra sova på den helt nya utdragbara soffan, luftmadrass eller rullbar säng.

Alla strand saker ingår! Stolar, floaties, kylare, boogie boards ... vi har allt!

Från lägenheten är du bara några steg från det oklanderligt underhållna området, pool, spa, grill och andra nöjesområden. Regency resort ligger i centrum av Poipu golfvärld och på gångavstånd från Poipu Bay (tidigare platsen för Grand Slam). Regency erbjuder flera pooler och spa, tennisbanor, gas / elektrisk BBQ Grill tillsammans med 24-timmars säkerhetspatrull för sinnesfrid.

Från det gröna bältet är du bara några minuters promenad till tre topprankade sandstränder som ger sol och surfing (Shipwreck Beach, Poipu Beach och Brennecke Beach). Poipu Beach är en toppdestination för småbarn på grund av dess extremt lugna och grunt vatten. Detta gör det också till en toppdestination för snorklare.

I have just returned from an unforgettable 10-day getaway in Kauai! The spacious condo comfortably accommodated six adults and was ideally located just a 5-10 minute walk from the beach. We took full advantage of the sunny weather with all the provided beach essentials, including chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cooler. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Additionally, our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Walk to the most beautiful beaches!

We loved our stay at Regency. The condo was in an amazing location! It is just a short walk to 3 beautiful beaches and one of the most scenic hikes on the island. The condo is huge. It had everything we needed for grilling, beaching and laundry. Some of the beach equipment could use updated but we considered having it a bonus. We couldn’t have had a better home base! Mike answered every question we had quickly.

Awesome place and location

This place was wonderful. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach, very comfortable and spacious, and we loved the beach equipment. If we're fortunate enough to return to Kauai, we'll be staying here!

Great Location!

This property is a in a great location with a short walk to beaches and the house was perfect size for 6 adults. The house came stocked with all the beach equipment including a beach wagon. Overall, If you’re looking for a quiet location near beaches this is your spot.

Great location and decent condo

We very much enjoyed our stay and your beautiful island. I will start with the positives: The condo was in a beautiful location, easy walking distance to the beach. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were very clean. We appreciated the boogie boards, chairs and wagon to take everything to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was large enough to accommodate our group. AC and washer and dryer were a great convenience. There were a few things to be improved: one of the bathrooms did not have a door and only had a shower curtain in the opening. This was not shown in the images although we made it work. There is also not a large table on a lanai. This was pictured but not in the unit. We were disappointed in this as this was something we specifically looked for so that we could dine on the lanai. We also found a dead cockroach/waterbug under the sink in the bathroom on our last day there. We would have reported this although were were leaving the next morning. The bathrooms are dated with some mildew and could use some updating. All in all, we had a very pleasant time and would return.

Second stay

This was our second stay and had just as great of an experience as the first time. Condo has a great layout and is well stocked. We put the beach gear to good use as we did the 10 minute walk to the beach at least daily. The pool is also right around the corner. The location really cannot be beat. Also love that the condo is stocked with a pack n’ play and stroller - made life so much easier! We’ll be back!

We had a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Surrey, the property manager, was very responsive and accommodating. There were clear instructions pertaining to check in, recommendations for during our stay and check out. We picked this location for the proximity to the beach, and it is an easy walk. We really appreciated the beach equipment, especially the wagon! The sheets were so comfortable- we all want to know what kind you use?

Loved everything!

Very impressed with our accommodations. Not one thing to complain about it was An amazing stay. Took out daughter and her friend who both turned 13 while on our trip. They will never forgot this trip. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Close walk to beach which was the best beach we found. Our girls loved it!! Spacious, family friendly stay

Just returned from a perfect five days at the Regency 421. Felt like every need for my family and me was taken care of from the baby amenities (pack and play) to the beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, coolers). Mike was extremely responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect with plenty of pools and very easy beach access. I was highly surprised with how roomy the space felt with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great Trip To Kauai

The property with its spacious rooms, loft, and amenities provided our family of 5 with all we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better, more centralized, location to see all of the sights on the island from Waimea Canyon, to Koloa Rum, to Sleeping Giant and Hanalei. The condo is within walking distance from beautiful Brennecke and Poipu Beach where we saw countless turtles! It is also just down the road from the beautiful Poipu Bay golf course, which is a must-play for any golfers in the group. One of our favorite things to do was make the short drive to Koloa Town for good food and shopping. The resort area itself is quiet and provides great access to hike the magnificent Poipu Cliffs and Mahaulepu Heritage Trail. The condo is well-equipped with boogie boards, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and other useful items. A great experience all around!

Great spot

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is spacious. Nice grounds, short walk to Poipu. The condo bedrooms were warm when we arrived. We texted about it and got a fast response and good communication from the manager. Just needed to wait for the AC to catch up. After that first day we were comfortable, but note this is not the place for you if you like to keep your bedrooms cold.

Wonderful house

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. Right on the greenbelt and very quiet. It is just as the pictures show - very clean. I would say the only thing that could be improved was that it sleeps 8 but there are only enough towels for 6. We ended up having to go buy some extra towels. Otherwise, it had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely book again.
