Loved the location - easy walk to 3 beaches. Large living area and full kitchen made it a huge upgrade over a hotel room. Nice lanai as well.

Great stay

The condo was nicer than we expected. Great location with beaches near by, food and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely recommend this condo and we would come back.

Fantastic place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped for foodies like us to prepare great dishes. The lanai was very relaxing and we loved the trees, plants and birds. Gardens beautiful and handy to have the bbq so close. Nice view of the ocean in the distance. We found it more comfortable to sleep with the nice breeze coming in and without the aircon as the unit is noisy but good to have it if the weather gets very hot. Bed was excellent. Lounge spot on. Luxurious amount of space for two people. Renters must be able to handle the stairs down from the front door. A little awkward with luggage but fine if you are fit. Parking very convenient. Great stay - thank you.

Great place to stay in Poipu!

This place looks exactly like what is in the pictures. You have an nice view of the ocean from the patio. It is only a short 5 minute walk to Poipu beach down the paths at the resort. The place and all facilities are well maintained. The management company is very responsive during the whole reservation process plus when we checked in for anything we needed. We found the layout of this place and location made for a very comfortable and easy stay. We loved the immediate area.

Everything was perfect

This condo is clean and spacious. We found all the comforts of home here. The Athletic Club is a terrific bonus. The beach is so close that we could come and go as we desired. We will stay here again.

The condo is spacious and gorgeous! Walking distance to the beaches. Beautiful view of the ocean from the living room and kitchen area. Well-stocked kitchen with utensils, common cookware, food storage containers. They even provided common beach stuff like coolers, cart, umbrella, and a float! The only thing to watch out for is that the AC is a standalone unit in the bedroom which gets quite loud. The bedroom gets quite hot when we visited so we had to keep it on at night and was having trouble sleeping without earplugs. So pack earplugs.

We had a great time at this property. the location is amazing, right on the green belt path that takes to Brennecke beach on one end and Shipwreck beach on another end, both absolutely a must see. It has a distant but decently large ocean view that soothes the soul. The rolling waves were amazing. We loved the outside covered terrasse overlooking the ocean, the palm trees, and beautifully landscaped green space. Most of the times we had our meals sitting at the table outside, and I was pleasantly surprised at the absence of mosquitoes.The inside of the property is amazing: extremely spacious with beautiful wooden details, great kitchen, great layout, comfortable beds. The living room (with a very comfortable sofa bed) can get a bit warm in June, but with the fan and the open small window we managed to create some good air circulation at night. The bedroom has a powerful AC unit. We did not meet the host and we found no information about activities, recommended places to eat, etc, but we had done our own research and knew were to go.

Great condo!

We were very happy with this condo, the resort and the location. Check in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. It’s a really nice condo, very spacious especially for two people. Lots of space in the big rooms. Loved being on the ground floor since there is a community grill right outside the lanai, we grilled almost every night and didn’t have to go down any stairs to get there! Would highly recommend this vacation rental, really ideal for two or three people.

Fabulous location! Condo was really clean!

We had a fabulous 10 days in this condo. Within walking distance to some fabulous restaurants and the beach. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc all included. Only thing that we could have wished for would be some basics for cooking like olive or veg oil, and some spices, etc as the condo had nothing but coffee filters, salt and pepper.

Wonderful stay in Kauai!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful location in early June 2023. The condo was great and included everything we needed for our stay. I would absolutely stay here again. I only have one suggestion, please include instructions for the televisions. Each television had two remotes and we never could figure out how to find the shows we wanted. Didn't matter in the end because we were too busy to watch TV!

Pretty good

The place was clean, good stock of kitchen equipment, bed was very comfortable and was pleased to have AC in the bedroom as it was hot and it also drowned out the noise of the roosters and upstairs neighbors. Really appreciated the cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella that were provided. I was not excited about the pool options. I envisioned laying by the pool with a view of the ocean but we did not have access to the pool that had the ocean view. Good location walking distance to beaches, although the beaches nearby were super busy. We also thought there would be access to the Poipu athletic club but there wasn't so that was a bit of a bummer. Overall it worked for us but I thought it was too expensive for the lack of amenities.

Anniversary get away!

Very nice property. Close and walkable distance to the beach/ocean. Beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella provided. The convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit came in handy - very tropical weather. Their bed is very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to install a screen door onto the front door otherwise the unit gets extremely warm if you don’t leave the front door open to allow the breeze to pass through, which requires you to stay in the unit. There is air conditioning in the bedroom which was appreciated. I truly loved our stay and would use this unit again, if I’m blessed to be able to return to Kauai.
