We have just added a private pool & Spa and a 5 th bedroom suite(3/12/25),We have not updated the video yet but have added a few photos. AC in all rooms of home. 5 master suites with private bathrooms, each with a private lanai. Gourmet Kitchen, Large lanai deck for BBQ and entertaining. 10 minute walk to famous Brennekes beach and restaurant. 10 min walk the other direction the Grand Hyatt and its fabulous beach and restaurant. Completely fenced back yard with Private Pool & Spa. The sound of crashing waves and soft ocean breezes greet you from every room. Guest staying at the rental can also use the facilities at the Poipu Athletic Club, Located just a few minutes drive from the Home, Hours of use are from 7am-7pm The amenities are listed below Resort-style Pool with water-slide & Hot Tub Sand bottom keiki pool area Locker Rooms & Showers Fitness Center / cardio room /weight room / daily group fitness classes, Tennis Courts / 3 Pickleball Courts / 2 Basketball half-courts Shuffleboard / Ping Pong / Lawn Games On-site restaurant, The Cabana Bar & Grill with poolside service

We were fortunate to find this incredible home for our family’s first trip to Kauai. Everything was as it was stated in the listing. The house was clean and spacious with numerous bathrooms and with a huge backyard. There were several games for both indoors and outdoors, that entertained the entire family, from age 6 to age 89. The pool and spa were a great addition (built after we booked our stay). The ocean views from all 3 levels were beautiful, especially from the huge main floor balcony. We loved the close proximity to multiple beaches, that we could walk to on a daily basis. The highlight being Poipu Beach and the giant tortoises sleeping there each evening. This home also comes with a membership to the Poipu Athletic Club, which had everything we needed for full workouts. Most importantly Gabe (owner) was very prompt in responding to any question or inquiry. Overall our entire 9 person (4 generation) family had a great time and would unanimously return to Kauai as well as to this stunning home.

Loved the location and the house was perfect for our large group of children and 5 adults. Nice enough house, and with wonderful views and glad it wasn’t so too elegant to make us afraid of kids destroying things. House and pool had everything we needed. Highly recommend for families. Again, great location. Would rent again!

Our stay was seamless from the original booking to our ultimate departure. Gabe, the host, was very prompt in responding to the questions we had. The home is beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious and all have lovely views. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils, etc and we loved the pass through from the kitchen to the lanai deck. Entertainment (games, pool table, etc.) for adults and kids alike was appreciated. It was convenient to have a pool on the premises which everyone enjoyed. We did use the Poipu Athletic Club multiple times and very much appreciated its close location, easy access and various offerings. Overall it is a great property, felt like home, and none of us wanted to leave!

This is a great house for the whole family. Everyone had private space when they wanted and we could all gather around the table for meals and in the game room for fun. The pool was also a big hit for all. The location was ideal - just a 10 minute easy walk to Poipu beach. Lots of beach chairs and other goodies were provided in the garage. Plus the view from every room was beautiful and listening to the crashing waves at night was so special. Mahalo for sharing your Koloa home with us.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It is spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped with many amenities. Our host, Gabriel, communicated promptly and well. We enjoyed the private pool and backyard area with the pool toys and outdoor games. We are a family of 11 which included our adult children and our 5 grandchildren. The bedrooms and bathrooms provided lots of space for all of us. The whole family loved the recreation area on the lower level and played lots of pool, darts & foosball. The kitchen was very well stocked with every appliance, dishes, all that we needed and more. We appreciated that the house was well supplied with paper products, laundry products, soap and other bathroom toiletries. This was a long awaited trip for my husband & I to celebrate out 50th wedding anniversary. This gorgeous home was the perfect place for our family. We loved Kauai and would love to return someday. If we do, I would want to rent this property again!

Excellent location

Our multigenerational family traveled to Kauai together and found this home that fit most of our needs! Excellent location and close enough that you hear the waves crashing! Beautiful pool with a spa but during our stay the spa wasn’t heated, and jet switch didn’t work. Overall you won’t regret staying here as it is walking distance to so much on the south shore! Gabe had great communication throughout our stay as well! Hard to leave the beautiful island!

Perfect place for us!

We loved the home! We enjoyed spending time using the pool and bbq. Perfect amount of space for us. We hosted a tiny ceremony and dinner in the backyard for our wedding after 15 years together. We look forward to coming back in the future!

We LOVED this property and would stay again in a heartbeat. We were surprised to check in and find out that they’d put a beautiful pool in sometime after we’d make the booking. Bonus! The location was ideal- a short walk to the beach- and the house itself met every expectation in terms of size and cleanliness. Gabe was super responsive to some last minute requests and communication was top notch. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend!

Our stay at Gabe‘s home was perfect! The views from every room were amazing. There was plenty of room for seven adults to enjoy our time together and still have space to get away. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax in the afternoon between sightseeing trips. Easy walk to a beach where we could snorkel, view the turtles and eat shaved ice!Gabe was very quick to respond to any questions we had.Beautiful home and location. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

We were able to make last minute reservations after another reservation had issues. The house was as advertised, although the fourth bedroom is in the house but have to go outside to get in. Clean, spacious, easy to check in and check out. Surf boards, chairs, boogie boards were a nice plus. Everyone was very happy with our stay.

Amazing location

This home is a great size and location!! Morning walks to the ocean was so amazing! Our family of 12 and all ages enjoyed this home so much! It is large and spacious for being together or find separate areas for some quiet time. The kitchen was well supplied and spacious enough for cooking together. The deck was fantastic with so much room for visiting. Having 4 full bathrooms and 4 half baths made it so nice. Gabe was very good at responding to a couple of concerns we had.

Nothing short of perfect

Booking was super easy. The host quickly and smoothly helped us add another day to our reservation when I asked. The property was extremely clean. The cleaning/check out requests were minimal, especially for how luxurious this home is. I'm not even going to attempt to describe how perfectly gorgeous yet homey and comfortable this place is. It's even more amazing than the pictures and very reasonably priced for the area. Do yourself a favor and book a week at this house with loved ones, walk to Puka Dog, and enjoy the magic of seeing monk seals sleeping on the beach at least 50 feet away.
