Mycket snyggt uppgraderat med bänkskivor i granit, uppgraderade köksapparater och uppgraderat badrum.  Stor tillgång till gräsmatta precis utanför Lanai.  Sitt på den rymliga Lanai och titta på den gröna gräsmattan och den mystiska Moir Cactus-trädgården!  Dela en cocktail eller ett glas vin när solen går ner och presenterar en show!  

Första våningen med stor tillgänglighet. 50 fot till BBQ utanför Lanai. Endast 5 steg nerför trappan till ytterdörren eller kan komma in i byggnaden från Lanai-sidan med rullstol.  # 323 är lika långt från havet och stränderna i Poipu Shore som det är från bekvämligheterna som erbjuds av Poipu Shore Village restauranger, underhållning och butiker.

Denna enhet är verkligen ett hem hemifrån på en resort som har det bästa läget i hela Poipu Beach. Byggnader i gammal världsplantage stil vackert belägen i trettifem tunnland banyanträd, orkidéträdgårdar, palmlundar, koi-dammar, lagun, tropiska blommor, välskötta gräsmattor och den perfekta vita sandstranden med magnifik hav. Plantationens känsla och atmosfär är som om byggplatserna valts för att bevara egenskapens naturliga skönhet. Kiahuna Plantation är den enda orten i Poipu som ligger på en badstrand. Det har en egen restaurang, pool, tennisbanor och gym. Restauranger och shopping i världsklass ligger inom gångavstånd.

Stayed here for a wedding that was at the Sheraton. This property did not disappoint! The views and central location were prefect for our vacation. Can’t wait to stay here again

The Property is extremely dated with old dingy unclean floors in bathroom and kitchen. Who knows when the last time the carpet was cleaned. There is no air conditioning, the furniture likely 20 to 25 years old and there is one 26 inch TV squeezed between the Kitchen and hallway to the Bedroom. The bed feels like an oak plank. There has been no apparent upgrades to this unit in building that was built in the mid 70’s. It is just a money grab. We would not stay there again if it was fee.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very well equipped with everything you could need.

The property is located overlooking the cactus garden with a partial view of the ocean. The gardens are very well maintained.

We loved the option of being able to walk out on our lanai and straight onto the grounds. Everything was made easy for us to utilize. The beach accessories were so helpful, the pool facility was beautiful, the towel cards were a great bonus too! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family vacation spot

This unit is on keahuna beach, in the plantation on poipu. The unit overlooks a beautiful garden and is a short walk to the ocean. I forgot all about work, responsibilities, and our dog back home while being here.

Nice place to stay

We had a nice stay, the place was clean, relatively convenient (we had to walk to the beach! Oh, the horror!), management was responsive to issues (a light burned out, they replaced it promptly). Definitely would stay there again, hope we get the opportunity.

Kiahuna 323 - Great Place

My wife and I stayed at this VRBO for 10 days and enjoyed our time tremendously. All photos and listing details were exact. The only things that we didn't enjoy were out of our control - construction above us and road noise. Location of this unit is great and super quiet. We would definitely recommend/stay at this place again!

It rained a lot and many of our excursions got cancelled. The roosters wake you up about 2 am. Location is pretty good. Short drive to many good places. The athletic club really needs an adult olny hot tub.

Great Place

This is our third stay at Kiahuna Plantation. It's a great location. Easy walk to the beach and shopping with restaurants across the street. The unit was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Communication with management was excellent. If you need to do laundry, its not real close to this unit. Also be aware that is closer to a main road which can be quite busy at times. One con is that the pool is not on the property, but acrossthe street. We were aware of this when making our reservation.

The property was great the only problem we had was the laundry room was close the day we were leaving, we had kids running and slamming doors at all hours of the day and someone was smoking right outside our window non of this is the hosts fault!!!

Nice, quiet, clean 1st floor condo

We were very happy with our stay in Kiahuna Plantation. We liked this location because it was much quieter and a little tucked away at the front of the property. With the windows open, we did hear occasional road noise, but nothing bothersome. The pool area was nice and being right by Poipu Beach for the New Year's Eve celebration was wonderful! The only down side was the key card process at the Big Save Market in Koloa was inconvenient. Overall, we were very happy with the property and the amenities offered. The condo is spacious for 2. We hope to be back some day. Mahalo!

Great location, beach and pool at your fingertips

Overall our stay was amazing. The condo is just within walking distance of everything we needed! We took advantage of the Poipu athletic club almost everyday, and had the space we needed for our 7 month old daughter. The Poipu shopping center was just across the street where we got delish gelato and Thai food. The bed and bedding could use updating, and make sure to pack bug spray. I got many mosquito bites (they like my blood) sitting out on the lanai, but my husband was just fine. All small things relative to our relaxing and enjoyable stay! The management company was fantastic with communication, and we didn’t need to rely on them for any issues. Keep up the great customer service :)
