  • ENjoy en 1914 kvadratfot luftkonditionerad villa möblerad med bekväm men ändå tropisk inredning. Platsen är perfekt. På mindre än tio minuter genom ett grönt bälte är du på Poipu-stranden. Familjeköket är fullt uppgraderat och vardagsrummet har plysch soffor som är perfekta för avkoppling efter en hård dag med vandring Mahalephu eller Kokee. Befälhavaren sviten är enorm med ett underbart badrum där du kan njuta av ett lugnande bad efter en rolig dag på stranden. Det finns också tre andra sovrum som erbjuder privata hamnar för alla att sprida ut och ha sitt eget utrymme. Regency ligger på gångavstånd till den berömda Brenneckes strand. Din villa ligger också i närheten av shopping, restauranger och det spännande nattlivet i Poipu. Vi är glada att vara värd för Poipu Kai Resort! (4: e sovrummet är loft-stil)

    Du får också tillgång till Poipu Kai Community Pool, som ligger intill Kalapaki Joes, samt community tennisbanor etc. VÄNLIGEN NOTERA!! Gemensam pool och badtunna är planerad stängd från 29 april till 15 september 2019 för återuppbyggnad / ombyggnadsprojekt med HOA. The condo location was perfect to a conference at the Hyatt and to a stroll to the beach. The occupants had their own rooms, space in the house and own bathrooms, all in working order. The kitchen was spacious and in good order. We had a concern with the dryer the was addressed in a timely manner. Would stay there again.

The space was ideal for our family. An abundant supply of beach gear including beach chairs and beach towels made it easy to enjoy our adventure. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and we appreciated having coffee filters (although we could have used a couple more coffee cups). Beds were comfortable and the table was perfect for games and dinners.

We liked our stay

A nice place to stay. Good access to the beach and pool. It does need updating as the cabinets, shower and living room needs work. It has nice walking areas close to the condo.

Perfect home in a perfect location

We loved our stay here. The location is close to multiple beaches that can entertain any age group. The only thing I would say is that the parking is not great and ony one car is allowed in a pretty tight space. The manager of the property checked in to make sure things were going well and the house was generously stocked especially with anything you might need for the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient and Quite Location

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here in Poipu. The condo was well equipped for our family. We enjoyed morning walks to several close by beaches and found the location central to our daily island explorations.

Lovely family friendly rental

Our spacious rental was perfect for our family and walking distance to the beach. The location was convenient to many activities on the island, shopping and restaurants. We would love to stay here again in the future. Aloha and mahalo for the memories!

Great location. We walked to the beach every morning.

We have stayed in the Poipu Kai area many times. We love the location to the beach. There is a long green belt with a path which makes the morning walk to the beach very pleasant. We will continue to stay in this area whenever we visit the "Garden Island".

Perfect for families

Our visit included my husband and I, our oldest daughter and son-in-law and our 1 yr old grandson, and our two teenage daughters. The villa was spacious and perfect for our needs. The balconies are perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. The kitchen had everything we needed for in house meals. Location was perfect, close to beaches and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing!

Our family of 8 had plenty of room and the proximity to the beach was amazing. It was a little confusing determining which pools were part of which complex, but that was a minor factor.

Worked perfectly for our family

The property was located in an area close to shopping, food and beaches in Poipu. It was clean and appears like the pictures. We did have trouble figuring out the tv (remote didn’t work) but we didn’t miss it…we were out and about most of the time and in Kauai! It worked perfectly for our family of 8.

Great condo experience!

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. We were a family of 6 adults and having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked out great. Place was clean, spacious, well appointed, and nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. Great location just a short 10 minute walk to the best beaches. Watch a sunset as the turtles come to rest on Poipu beach, then look up and enjoy the most incredible star show you’ll ever see.

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed this lovely property and all the considerations that went into making this a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. The beach toy cabinet had plenty of chairs and items for the beach. Everything was in great condition and that is not often the case in a rental. We enjoyed our time together as a family and can’t wait to return!

This home is lovely and close to Poipu Beach. The management team was responsive and readily shared information. Please note that this home is a second floor home, meaning you must go up two flights of stairs (about 15 total) to enter the home. This caught me off-guard because the home is listed as accessible. It worked out fine for my partner (who has accessibility issues), but someone in a wheelchair would likely have trouble accessing this home.

Incredible all the way around!

We loved every second of our stay! The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk down to the beach to snorkel, boogie board, visit the turtles who came up to rest on the sand, and we loved the seal who was sleeping on the beach too! The condo had everything we could need and more. We enjoyed cooking and eating the fresh tuna from out fishing excursion with Apex Charters. The kitchen had everything we needed (except maybe a non stick frying pan). The beds were comfortable and the lanai was so relaxing. We would highly recommend this condo and plan to come back again!

Great location! We enjoyed our stay! Having the barbecue at the bottom of the staircase was so nice, we grilled many dinners. Access to the pool was fabulous and needed for those that don't really enjoy the sandy beaches. It was great to have beach chairs and a couple of boogie boards provided during the stay. For future guests who are bringing young children, I might suggest providing a fold-up wagon for ease of transporting beach chairs, boards and other necessities for the walk to the beach. I imagine this would be SO appreciated by your guests. We would definitely rent again. Mahalo!

Great place to stay on the island! Stocked and clean!

My family of 6 (all adults) had an amazing experience on this property! Since it's located on the south side of the island, almost every day was beautiful and sunny. We really appreciated how clean and prepared everything was when we arrived, and we didn't have many complaints (except for a smoke detector low battery beeping that was taken care of). The beach supplies they provide was perfect for walking to the beach and saved us some money on rentals! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone with a family of 4-8 people!
