Poipu Pili Mai 4 Bedroom Condo with Ocean Views, Pool & Golf Course Access

  • This is a 3 story building with our 2 story unit located on second and third floors with entry to condo up a flight of stairs. We have four bedrooms, 2 on the second story (the condo's main floor) which are Master suites. While upstairs on the third floor there are two more bedrooms each with 2 Twin XL beds that can be converted into King beds. Every bedroom has a Smart TV. It has lots of extras to make your stay pleasant. The air conditioning in our condo is truly Central AC which makes it super quiet and efficient, not the ductless/wall mount/mini-splits which are not as quiet.

    The condo is adjacent to Kiahuna Golf Course with a view of the 9th fairway and a distant ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Close to beaches (12 minute walk) and restaurants (Poipu Shopping Village).

    Our resort has pool, hot tub and fitness facility. The one car garage also is filled with beach equipment (6 boogie boards, 8 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach mats, a couple small kick boards, noodles) and rolling cooler.

    There are plenty of Barbeques scattered over the premises available for guests to use, including a couple around the pool area for a relaxing BBQ and swim with family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Janice’s place in Poipu Beach. The home was very well stocked and had a great layout that allowed everyone in our group to have their own privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool was excellent and conveniently close by. My older kids were able to walk to the beach in about 10 minutes, and there was a great shopping area within walking distance with restaurants and stores. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing place to stay, and we would not hesitate to return again!

Janice and Brett were extremely accommodating and friendly. The condo has a wonderful view and is very conveniently located. We were a crew of 8 people and the space was great for that family size.

The house was bourgeois and spacious. Lots of closet and pantry space. The beds were comfortable and had ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The ac worked great. The balcony was really nice with seating for 8. The pool was large.

The beach was a further walk than expected, about 20 minutes. We could have used a map to find the different nearby beaches.The condo was clean. The oven was temperamental and should be checked. The granite by the kitchen sink is cracked and only partially repaired. We enjoyed all the beach supplies in the garage. The table on the balcony was used for most of our meals. And the pool was nice, clean, and big.

We could see the golf course but not beach or ocean. The property was in walking and driving distance of the beach (15-20 minutes walking) and (5 minutes driving). It was also conveniently located to restaurants and shops. The property was clean and the pictures truly represent the property. The lamps were a little dusty but otherwise it was spotless. We would definitely stay again.

Wow stay in Kauai!!

Stayed here with chosen family; total of 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We loved the layout as it gave everyone plenty of space and bathroom access. Pool, hot tub, fitness facility, lanai, everything was awesome. It was by far our best short term rental ever!

Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of space for our family 5 plus our parents. We appreciated all of the beach gear in the garage. The location was quiet and parking was easy.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home in a Great Location

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home! The property is beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location couldn't have been better—it's close to the beaches and shopping, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The host was excellent with communication and even provided great recommendations for activities. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area!

Great Golf Club Property

Immaculate, well-appointed, great floorplan

We had a terrific stay at Pili Mai 9B. It’s immaculately kept, everything feels new, is comfortable, and was the perfect floorplan for two families to share. Good location in Poipu, walkable to some shops and restaurants. Absolutely recommend this condo.
