  • FAMILY FUN at Pili Mai, 2br + Game room (bumper pool, poker table, classic video game console, board games, piano, masks and snorkels, beach chairs, croquet, bocce ball, spike ball, and small yard for the kids to play) 2.5 bath, sleeps 6, no stairs, back yard lawn. Condo is located near the pool/fitness center/barbeque, but not so close you can hear the noise. It's a short walk to Poipu Shopping Village and restaurants. A few minutes car ride to all the popular Poipu beaches, and historic Koloa Town, and Kukui'iula Shopping Center. Enjoy island living with beautiful original art/island decor in this 1260 sq ft. condo with and outdoor entertainment lanai.

    Pili Mai is one of the most popular resorts on Kauai's South shore. It is popular because of the AC and large swimming pool, jacuzzi, children's play-pool, and its location adjacent to the 18-hole Kiahuna Golf Club. This condo has everything you need for an amazing family vacation, including a well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 smart TVs, Wifi, printer, a pack and play, highchair, yoga mats, DVDs and movie collection, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, toys, boogie boards, pickleball paddles, free parking next to the condo.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The villa is so spacious with everything you could ever need in it plus more! The game room was such a lovely addition for our rainy days. So wonderful, wish we had more time here.

I would stay here again without hesitation! Beds were comfortable! Kitchen was clean! We were bummed the hot tub was closed, but it is a community one so they have no control over that. I would recommend this place to any of my friends heading to Kauai!

Great place! Super clean, great location and close to all things in Poipu and Kōloa. We cooked our own meals all week and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed and including spices. Beds were comfortable and it was another perfect week in paradise!

We loved having the option of preparing meals in such a well equipped kitchen. The grills are very close too!We were close to the pool as well, which we really enjoyed on the days we weren’t exploring the island!

Amazing stay in Kauai!

My husband and I stayed with his parents here and absolutely loved our experience! The kitchen was well stocked, rooms were comfortable and we were to close to everything we wanted to do on the island! This place is perfect for families, we will absolutely book this place again on our next trip!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely accommodation in Poipu! The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Responsive host made us feel welcomed before even arriving to the property. The community pool was just a quick walk away, and it was an added bonus that the house came with snorkels, beach chairs, and lots of games to play! Overall, we had a delightful stay and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great getaway. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

This space was very homey and fit our family of four quite nicely. The kitchen couldn’t be more well stocked if they tried. You could make and plate food for 20 if you wanted! The patio is nice to enjoy in the morning and watch the chickens while the sun rises. We were able to wash off our muddy hiking gear and sandy beach things using the hoses, keeping the mess out of the house. The pool deck was under construction so the pool space wasn’t as comfortable as we’d have preferred, but maintenance has to happen at some point. The unit’s central AC isn’t working, but the portable units and the natural breeze kept things pleasant. Felt very safe, and definitely not full of tourists.
These little ones kept trying to get inside!

Great Place!

Super comfortable condo! We loved having such a great kitchen with all the appliances, everything you needed was provided. The property was very spacious and conveniently located near the pool and bbq area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again.
