  • Poipu Sands # 427 är en lyxig lägenhet med 2 sovrum med 2 stora master-sviter. Båda har anslutna kompletta badrum intill varandra och hela enheten ombyggdes sommaren 2009 med nya mattor och möbler installerade i januari 2015. Detta är en mycket härlig egendom med vacker havsutsikt från Lanai och enhetens inre. Köket är helt uppdaterat och erbjuder gott om utrymme och bekvämligheter.

    Privata tennisbanor och en stor pool som aldrig är trångt är bara två av de fantastiska sakerna med Poipu Sands-komplexet. Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa ligger strax öster om fastigheten och är helt underbart. Många trevliga restauranger och saker att göra, morgonkaffe, kvällshula-show och musik! Happy Hour på Lanai och Poipu Bay golfbana i världsklass ligger 5 minuters promenad bort. Shipwreck Beach ligger precis utanför ytterdörren och bara en kort promenad till sandstranden. Excellent. Well stocked, beautiful breeze, great view of the ocean, grills cleaned every day. Clean with all amenities you could ask for. Beach chairs, life vests, boogie board….kitchen cooking spices, oils, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The check in was flawless and the communication with the host was excellent. They checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure we were taken care of. The condo was clean and well equipped and the views and the sounds of the ocean from the lanai are amazing

Turtle Bay

Fantastic location, short walk to see the Turtles swimming by the lava rocks and shirt stroll to Shipwreck Beach, and very nicely furnished home away from home.

Host was very quick at communicating, the unit had everything we needed! You can’t beat the location, we watched the sunrise every morning from the lanai and went for morning walks on the path along the ocean. We highly recommend staying here, great for families or adults thank you!!

Stayed for the Kauai half marathon and had a lovely time. It was very close to the shuttle taking people to the starting line and I was able to make my own breakfast before the race.

1st time to beautiful Kauai

Great location on property, next to Hyatt, so many walking path options to Hyatt, shipwreck beach and poipu beach. Great home base, very comfortable. Management company qas very heloful as well.

Wonderful Poipu Condo!

Terrific condo. Well stocked, beautiful ocean views. Close to many great beaches on the south shore. This was our 3rd time staying in this condo and will be back again very soon. Highly recommend!

Favorite Island

The location was great. No air conditioning which didn’t realize but they produced fans which wasn’t great but worked. Restaurants are wonderful. Beach House favorite.

We had such a wonderful stay at Poipu Sands in Kauai! The condo was incredibly well-equipped, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to relax and enjoy meals in. The bedroom AC units worked well, keeping things cool and comfortable, and the beds were cozy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring.One of the best parts of the stay was the location. Being so close to the Grand Hyatt, Shipwreck Beach, and nearby hiking trails made everything feel easily accessible. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the swing benches near the Hyatt watching the sunrise - such a peaceful and beautiful way to begin the day!The scenery around Poipu Sands is absolutely stunning, with lush landscapes and ocean views that make you feel like you’re truly in paradise. Overall, it was a relaxing, convenient, and memorable place to stay, and we would absolutely come back!

A piece of paradise

This was such a lovely place to stay. We loved that we had all we needed here. Our favorite part was hanging out on the lanai whenever possible. It was quiet on the property which was awesome. The only loud sounds were the waves crashing on the beach. Amazing! I will definitely recommend this place to others!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect condo for 2 couples great views great balcony great location . Each other it’s there own king bed and bathroom can’t go wrong

The master sliding door would not open. The front door key combination only worked after 2 tries. The front screen door is hard to open. The kitchen was great and washer-dryier. Pillows were hard.

Lovely and well-located

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and we found it spotless. It’s just next door (by seaside pathway) to the Grand Hyatt, where you can enjoy tasty (and pricey) meals. The ocean that the property overlooks is beautiful but, when we were there, was red-flagged as too dangerous for swimming. Safer beaches are nearby. We would stay here again.

Best balcony with ocean view!

We loved our stay at this property! Very clean and had all the amenities, great location with walking distance to beach and walking paths. And one of my favorite parts: the HUGE balcony with ocean views, lounge chair and high top table to eat meals at. Great value for the amount of space you get. Feels private. Highly recommend!

We LOVED the location and the amenities and air conditioning. However, the TV/Spectrum would not function, so I left it alone and used rhe ROKU stick we travel with.

Wonderful trip!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was absolutely fantastic! The view was stunning! The condo had everything we needed. We loved Puka Dog and Da Crack for fairly cheap eats and seeing the turtles on Poi’pu Beach each evening. Mountain Tubing and the Rum Safari Tour were both an absolute blast. We did a Resort Pass to the Grand Hyatt right next to the condo one day and that was so nice. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Gorgeous place!

We absolutely loved this rental. It was so clean and beautiful with wonderful decor. The view was amazing and the location ideal. There was construction happening during our stay, which we were made aware of beforehand. It wasn't terribly obtrusive but it did get pretty loud. But we still had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful time in Kauai, and we enjoyed staying in this condo. It is a great location, and the kids especially enjoyed the pool. One suggestion: Some of the other condos had beach items to borrow, such as Tommy Bahama chairs and hard-sided coolers, and having those available would have been nice. No complaints though.

Aid conditioner in bedrooms was great, rest of unit was hot and muggy. Had fans running and it helped. Didn't find the pool until the last day but gave it a try, was a little cool.

Great ocean view with close proximity to Grand Hyatt Kauai

Great place to stay, view was amazing -definitely has a 70’s vibe to it. The couch was very comfortable. Bedrooms could use some updating, Listing says AC but need to read the particulars/fine print as it was just portable AC units in the bedrooms. Beach towels were available to use. Pool was great. Very close to the Grand Hyatt which has great restaurants and amazing beach. Coffe was not provided so make sure you bring your own.
