Poipu Sands # 427 är en lyxig lägenhet med 2 sovrum med 2 stora master-sviter. Båda har anslutna kompletta badrum intill varandra och hela enheten ombyggdes sommaren 2009 med nya mattor och möbler installerade i januari 2015. Detta är en mycket härlig egendom med vacker havsutsikt från Lanai och enhetens inre. Köket är helt uppdaterat och erbjuder gott om utrymme och bekvämligheter.

Privata tennisbanor och en stor pool som aldrig är trångt är bara två av de fantastiska sakerna med Poipu Sands-komplexet. Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa ligger strax öster om fastigheten och är helt underbart. Många trevliga restauranger och saker att göra, morgonkaffe, kvällshula-show och musik! Happy Hour på Lanai och Poipu Bay golfbana i världsklass ligger 5 minuters promenad bort. Shipwreck Beach ligger precis utanför ytterdörren och bara en kort promenad till sandstranden. We had such a wonderful stay at Poipu Sands in Kauai! The condo was incredibly well-equipped, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to relax and enjoy meals in. The bedroom AC units worked well, keeping things cool and comfortable, and the beds were cozy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring.One of the best parts of the stay was the location. Being so close to the Grand Hyatt, Shipwreck Beach, and nearby hiking trails made everything feel easily accessible. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the swing benches near the Hyatt watching the sunrise - such a peaceful and beautiful way to begin the day!The scenery around Poipu Sands is absolutely stunning, with lush landscapes and ocean views that make you feel like you’re truly in paradise. Overall, it was a relaxing, convenient, and memorable place to stay, and we would absolutely come back!

Host was very quick at communicating, the unit had everything we needed! You can’t beat the location, we watched the sunrise every morning from the lanai and went for morning walks on the path along the ocean. We highly recommend staying here, great for families or adults thank you!!

Great ocean view with close proximity to Grand Hyatt Kauai

Great place to stay, view was amazing -definitely has a 70’s vibe to it. The couch was very comfortable. Bedrooms could use some updating, Listing says AC but need to read the particulars/fine print as it was just portable AC units in the bedrooms. Beach towels were available to use. Pool was great. Very close to the Grand Hyatt which has great restaurants and amazing beach. Coffe was not provided so make sure you bring your own.

Nice enough, but needs some things

Condo is described as luxury. it’s nice, but luxury it is not. AC is only by portable units in bedrooms only. Bathrooms, kitchen and living area can get warm. Yes, there are ocean breezes if the doors or open, but it was misleading IMO to market it has having AC when the entire unit does not. On a 5 star scale, it is probably more like 3 3/4 stars. Nice, yes. Luxury, not really. The Grand Hyatt next door is where I would stay in the future.

Gorgeous place!

We absolutely loved this rental. It was so clean and beautiful with wonderful decor. The view was amazing and the location ideal. There was construction happening during our stay, which we were made aware of beforehand. It wasn't terribly obtrusive but it did get pretty loud. But we still had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Construction!

They were re-roofing the building. Over the weekend it was fine. There was a lot of equipment around, but that was ok. Then on Monday there was construction all day! There was loud banging, equipment beeping and debris all over the ground. Also the smell of the port-a-potty was a little overwhelming! I felt while they were doing that building they should not have it rented. It also was disappointing that the whole unit was not air conditioned, only portable a/c units in the bedrooms.

Wonderful Poipu Condo!

Terrific condo. Well stocked, beautiful ocean views. Close to many great beaches on the south shore. This was our 3rd time staying in this condo and will be back again very soon. Highly recommend!

Best balcony with ocean view!

We loved our stay at this property! Very clean and had all the amenities, great location with walking distance to beach and walking paths. And one of my favorite parts: the HUGE balcony with ocean views, lounge chair and high top table to eat meals at. Great value for the amount of space you get. Feels private. Highly recommend!

Wonderful trip!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was absolutely fantastic! The view was stunning! The condo had everything we needed. We loved Puka Dog and Da Crack for fairly cheap eats and seeing the turtles on Poi’pu Beach each evening. Mountain Tubing and the Rum Safari Tour were both an absolute blast. We did a Resort Pass to the Grand Hyatt right next to the condo one day and that was so nice. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful stay and great location!

We enjoyed our stay in Kauai. The condo was perfect for my husband and adult daughter and her boyfriend. The separate bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom was great! We ended up eating out only once as we preferred to cook and eat in the condo out on the lanai where we could enjoy the sound and view of the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed. We made use of the cooler, umbrella, chairs and boogie boards! The condo was comfortable and clean. We didn’t miss the AC since we just opened the windows to let the sea breezes flow through. Thanks for a great stay!
