Poipu Shores 305A Oceanfront 2BR 2BA Full Luftkonditionering Poipu 2 Niihau Visningar

Nytt för 2017 är luftkonditionering! Inte bara i befälhavaren BR men hela lägenheten. Detta är en perk som sällan hittas vid Poipu Shores, mycket mindre oceanfront condos i Poipu-området. Alla nya vardagsrumsmöbler i år också. Denna underbara semester hade en annan stor ombyggnad sen 2014. Nytt kök innehåller verk: skåp med bananledighet drar, omslutande granit räknare, nya apparater, överdimensionerade handfat och moderna glas kakel ryggar plashes. Sovrummen båda fick nya mattor. Ny top of line frontmatad tvättmaskin / torktumlare combo installeras under tjusiga granit toppad tvättstuga. Gäst sovrummet fick en enorm plantage slutare för elegans och avskildhet. Dessa lägenheter har massivt trä och bambu möbler, sjögräs och skiffer golv med designade detaljer som fartyg sänkor i badrum och bambu finish. Två separata sviter rymmer en familj på fyra eller två par med sekretess för alla. Det stora sovrummet har fantastisk havsutsikt med en California king size-säng och ett badrum med skiffer och glasblock. Trädgårdssidan gästrum har två enkelsängar som kan göras till en bekväm king size-säng (vänligen meddela oss vilken konfiguration du föredrar). Medan trädgårdssidan gästrum inte har havsutsikt, den tropiska fågeln låtar från trädgården är härlig. Båda badrummen är "i sviten" för maximal avskildhet. Enheten har ett fullt utrustat kök med ett intilliggande matplats med plats för 6 personer vid matbordet och sittplatser för 2 i köket baren. En fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare slutföra bekvämligheter för denna enhet.

Detta två sovrum lägenhet är större än de flesta enheter i denna komplexa och har en extra stor Lanai som kommer att bli din favorit ställe att bara koppla av på din Kauai semester. Ingen målning kunde återskapa dramat av vyerna från Poipu Shores och särskilt från Unit 305A. Solnedgångar från Lanai ger en otrolig vista längs den dramatiska Poipu kusten hela vägen till Niihau, den "Förbjudna Island" i fjärran. Titta på sköldpaddor, delfiner, valar, lokala kanoter och segelbåtar från Lanai medan du njuter av ditt morgonkaffe eller kväll glas vin.

The condo and property were kept up nicely. Short walk to a sandy beach and restaurants too. I just wish there would have been another AC unit in the second bedroom. Other than that, a very pleasant stay.

Perfect stay

This condo was in the perfect location for our family. We walked to Poipu beach every morning (10 minute walk) to the area my kids liked to body board. Another 5 minute walk to the calmer Poipu beach. The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfasts/lunches. The best part of this condo was the Gorgeous view. Could watch it all day long. Saw many sea turtles right from the balcony. The pool was very nice as well. Saw more turtles from the pool and one day saw some dolphins. Very cool. Would stay here again for sure!!!

Highly recommend!!

Absolutely wonderful place! We traveled to three different Hawaiian islands, staying in five different places and this place was, hands down, the best!! Fantastic host, excellent location, and views from the lanai can’t be beat. Everyday we saw whales, spinner dolphins, and sea turtles. Many memories made! Mahalo

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful at Poipu Shores. Perfect location. Walking distance to Poipu Beach. Wake up to turtles swimming below and watching the whales throughout the day.Condo was very clean with all the amenities needed. Our Host checked in on us frequently to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. Hope to return in the future.

Kauai Vacation

Parker is an excellent host, and the view does not disappoint. You can watch whales and turtles from the lanai. Popui and Brennecke's beaches are an easy walk. Even though the location is in the south we took multiple trips to the northern beaches including Hanalei. Shipwreck Beach hike/walk is fantastic. Even though there a many condos in Poipu, it is much quieter than Lihue and Kapa'a.

You really do get what you paid for

This listing is not inexpensive, significantly more so if you are Canadian. That said, we got what you paid for. If you love the ocean and want all the conveniences of home, this should be your choice.

Our double wedding week stay

We had the best stay at Poipu Shores 305A. We already want to go back! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Including a beach umbrella and beach towels. We loved having a washer and dryer and also the ability to close the windows and doors at night and use the A/C as those waves can be quite loud at times. Which we loved! Some people talk about being woke up by roosters in the morning around the island. Well, you don’t hear any of them here. Instead you hear these amazing waves crashing against the lava cliffs. And talk about a view!!! We saw multiple turtles swimming below every day. And the sunsets are beautiful! We utilized the barbecue a couple of nights and ate at the dining table which was great. We got married while we were there and our double wedding with our friends went so great as we each had our own space to get ready. Thank you Parker for providing such great communication and ease of renting our vaca condo. We enjoyed every minute of our week long stay!

Wonderful Place and Can’t Wait To Go Back

This place was everything we hoped for and then some! We had one issue with the coffee maker but Parker got that replace asap. Beautiful views, wonderful waves, blow holes, very very relaxing! I would recommend it to anyone.

Stunning views!

If I could rate this property higher than a 5 I would! Clean, comfortable beds, fantastic location and, oh my what a view! I loved sitting on the balcony to watch the waves crashing into the rocky shore. It was a quick and easy walk to the Poipu beach where we saw turtles every day and even monk seals. The pool was wonderful and you could see turtles swimming in the water right from the pool deck. Now, the main AC was broken during our stay, but Parker was easy to communicate with and did everything he could to try to get it fixed during our stay. The AC in the main bedroom still worked and not having the main AC really didn’t impact our enjoyment of the property at all. I hope to be able to come back again one day!

Great view!

We loved our stay. The view was outstanding and the location was convenient. The only downside was the AC. There is a AC unit in the master bedroom and the main area. The second bedroom is warm as the air does not cool the room. Then the AC in the main room failed. It does cool down at night. The staff was very responsive!

Amazing Views!!!

We booked this property for the views and were not disappointed. The unit is smaller than I thought it would be, but was great for our family of four. Two bathrooms are small, but efficient. Kitchen is so well equipped, unlike many other homes we've rented, it had lots of dishes, cutting boards, knives etc.. Walk to the beach is so close, would recommend.

Great host, location and property!

Truly oceanfront. Great location with quick access to Poipu Beach and the restaurant, as well as the Grand Hyatt if you want to do a day spa pass. Clean, spacious and Parker was quick to respond and answer any questions. You can't go wrong withe this one. Mahalo!

Winter get away

Only had three nights…but enjoyed our short stay on the south side before heading up to the north shore. Booked this property in hopes for mornings enjoying the surf just off the lanai…and was not disappointed. My boys enjoyed the short walk to beaches nearby. The relaxing sunsets were quite enjoyable as well & the sound of surf through the night made our stay memorable!
