Excellent location in Poipu Kaua’i HI
An excellent location with all amenities such as washer dryer AC dishwasher coffee makers etc. very quiet and calm neighborhood. Definitely 5 stars and would reserve again if I plan to visit Kaua’i again.

Beautiful stay in Poipu
This was our second stay at this particular property, we enjoyed our stay both times. The spot is great, in a quite neighborhood a short drive to the beach. The nearby Poipu beach is beautiful, although it was quite a bit busier then before, perhaps due to the time of year or just because everyone knows how beautiful it is. Great place to stay for 2 people!

A clean, peaceful, and relaxing place to stay
The guest house was a clean, peaceful, and relaxing place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. It was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals. It was also just a short distance to many nearby restaurants and convenient for being able to drive to either end of the island. Paula was easy to communicate with and had helpful recommendations. We are so glad we chose to stay here!

Great suite in Poipu
Paula’s suite is comfortable and clean. We enjoyed having our meals on the small lanai and watching the distant sunset and stars at night. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Nice quiet neighborhood but still close to the beach and amenities. Paula was great at communicating and helpful.

Six stars 🌟
We loved the location of this cozy and spacious one bedroom with all the bells and whistles. It was 5 minutes from Poipu beach, in a quiet (except for the roosters!) residential neighborhood. Most of all we appreciated the communication with Paula, who offered much helpful information, and when the washing machine didn't work, gave us alternatives and even compensated us for the inconvenience. It was also great to have beach towels, chairs, and umbrella since we were at one beach or another often. Would give 6 stars if we could, and highly recommend. We'll be back!!

Excellent!
Super clean. Well stocked. Close to shops and beach. I loved staying here. Owner was very communicative. The house has everything you need in a quiet neighborhood close to Poipu beach. The beach is glorious: green turtles, monk seals, great snorkeling.

Fantastic stay in Poipu
Paula was helpful from the moment we booked. She provided great local recommendations, her place was stocked with all the things we needed and then some, and it was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience - exactly what we were looking for in a venue and a host. Highly recommend and would definitely stay with Paula again!

Everything was fine
The accommodation is exactly as described online. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean. Ideal for two people. Everything you need was there. The kitchen is very big. Also for the beach you will find everything you need in the house. Only a larger cool box and blue ice would be nice. Air conditioning is available, but with the ventilation specifications given, it was cool enough for us that we didn't need the air conditioning. We can recommend the accommodation.

Excellent private hideaway
Location is perfect for us. Just off the main road a bit, so it’s quiet and dark at night. Clean space, all necessary appliances and comforts included, with a nice, cozy feel overall. The host was excellent in communication and availability, but we had zero issues with our stay, which is a big plus. The bedroom has A/C, but due to the breeze and airflow throughout, we kept kitchen windows open at night and opened the bedroom slider a bit and didn’t use the A/C once during our stay. Nothing but great things to say about it.

Amazing stay!
This house was perfect for our honeymoon vacation. The location is literally the best on the island. The neighborhood is pleasant, clean and very well kept. There was plenty of room and has pretty much anything you need in the kitchen. Highly recommended!

Perfect Couples Retreat
As frequent visitors of Kauai, this property is a top of our lists of stays. Check in was very easy; Paula was very responsive to us with any questions. The stay was fantastic; located in a quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. 3 minute drive (10 minute walk) to the beach. We will definitely be booking this stay again, highly recommend!!

As advertised on Vrbo clean and good location in the south. Paula checked in to see if everything was good. Had a slight issue with the bbq getting 2 burners lit. Overall we had a great vacation.

Perfectly positioned for fun
Overall had a great stay, the place has a very well appointed kitchen, wonderfully close to all Poipu has to offer (even walked to dinner in the Kukui'ula center) and an easy drive to the Waimea Canyon and so much more. The bed is comfortable. Knocked off a star because the couch is uncomfortable (which wouldn't matter much to us on a normal Hawaiian vacation as we aren't sitting around on the couch, but there were thunderstorms over two days of our stay and the rest of the place is so so nice it was kind of shocking!) Also my wife practiced yoga in the yard and hung her mat by the outdoor shower, it went missing and when we contacted the owner they told us the cleaning people must have thrown it in the garbage so to look in the bins... They had, and it was not even in a bag, it was disgusting and ruined the $80 yoga mat. No apology just explained they thought the last people must have left it even though it was halfway through our stay. Overall this home is a great deal for what you get, and I would not hesitate to recommend it, very impressed with the kitchen (coffee and espresso machines are awesome!) and bedroom high end finishes and linens and such. Owner was responsive when we texted. Sister property is far enough a way you don't hear them. Location and quiet neighborhood cannot be beat.

Andrew was pleasant but I do have to correct one of the comments: The yoga mat was found covered in mud and crumpled into a ball on the ground adjacent to the beach gear bin. I trust our cleaning folks and they would not throw something out that looked to be owned by guests. We mentioned where it likely was and did apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks, Paula

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very accommodating and the host(s) are thoughtful in their selection of furnishings/kitchen set up to make your stay delightful! They provided beach chairs and umbrellas for beach days, and the outdoor shower was extra fun! Great location next to the 'circle'.

Great Stay in Poipu
We had a lovely 6 days at Paula's home. It's a private unit in a quiet neighborhood and it's about a 15 minute walk from shops and restaurants. It was a great home base for us as we explored the entire island. The bed is super comfortable, the AC in bedroom is great and the kitchen was well stocked. It's a great size for a couple and we especially enjoyed the sunset from the balcony. Paula was very communicative and the unit is as described. Great stay!

Nice location, close to Poipu, shopping, etc. quiet neighborhood
Good experience. Close to beach, shopping, and in a very quiet neighborhood. Good chairs & umbrellas to use. Overall enjoyed it. Property was a bit warm, though thankful for the AC in the bedroom. Ants were a problem (both in kitchen and bathroom), despite cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom.

I agree there was a brief ant problem in the kitchen area when food was left out. I have addressed this while being very careful with what is being applied. My family stays in the house too.

Definitely would book again!
Paula's place in Poipu was absolutely wonderful. I wish we could have stayed here for our entire trip! Paula reconfirmed the booking a day or two ahead which I really appreciated, and she made sure we got in okay and had everything we needed when we arrived. The washer/dryer and laundry detergent were a godsend after super sweaty hikes, and we loved being able to have so many windows open to the breeze. The house is pretty private and the neighborhood was great for quiet, evening walks. Overall we enjoyed our stay immensely and would plan to stay here again on our next visit to Kauai!

Perfect location and accommodations
The place is well-maintained, nicely equipped, and nested in a subdivision that is close to all the activities one would want to experience while in Kauai. While we didn't spend much time in the rental home it was a great place to rest, recover and energize for the next day's adventure in Kauai. I highly recommend it for future visitors.

Relaxing stay in Poipu
This property is a good value. The location is nice and easy to get to everything you want to get to. The unit is relatively clean and I would stay again. However, keep in mind the pictures look great and they accurate although some of the things are starting to show some wear. In particular the main door downstairs. You have to lift up on it to get it to shut. I felt like it could fall of the hinges. Also, I had an issue with the lock. Sometimes when I used the code to open it, it would then leave the door unlocked when I did shut it. I have the same lock here at home and don't have any problem with that. Maybe I was doing something wrong, but I do use that lock here at home every day. Also, it is nice to have some chairs, cooler and umbrella to take the beach. However, I must warn that the chairs are just camp chairs and they have seen better days. Good news though, right around the corner you can rent a good chair from Kimo's at a reasonable price. I have stayed in several Homeaway locations with great success and I have never stayed anywhere that had so many rules in the rule book. Granted a lot of them where common sense but that approach was a negative to me personally. Having said all of that, it is a great little find and the AC works awesome in the bedroom if that is something you need. I love the Poipu area and I certainly would feel comfortable staying in this unit again.

A beautiful clean rental! All the beach gear, kitchen supplies, bed linens ... absolutely everything we could have wanted. Boogie boards not included due to insurance, $14 at the local shopping area. The manager (Paula) contacted us half way through our time there to confirm everything was satisfactory and was there anything we needed? What a nice time we had in Kauai, absolutely no reservation in recommending this manager/property!! DRC/KCH

Great place for the value
We greatly enjoyed our time at Hale Oneita. The house was clean and there was easy access to all amenities. Did the job for our stay in Poipu. One thing the owner may have mentioned on the listing but I'm not sure if she did is that she has a Roku which we really enjoyed using (we have one at home) so we could get access to Netflix/Hulu/Prime etc. channels. Many hotels and condos only have standard cable so this was great.

Great property perfect location for us!
Nice spot in Poipu. Clean, comfortable and nice sunset views. Paula was very welcoming when we arrived and prombt in replying when we had a question. We enjoyed our visit here and will rent this property again! The place has everything you need. A treat for us was the rain shower head and what seemed like instant hot water in the shower. Loved that :) We walked to the beach every morning. And the Living Foods Market is just a short walk away as well. Perfect spot!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hale O'Neita. The location was perfect for access to Poipu Beach, Shipwrecks Beach, and other hot spots on the South Shore. Paula went to great lengths to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. She also made recommendations of things to see and places to go, as well as items to bring, best grocery stores, medical facilities, etc. The description provided on VRBO was very detailed and accurate. When I arrived I almost felt like I had already been there before! I would definitely recommend this property to visitors of Kauai!

Very nice home and location.
Fairly new and modern home in quiet neighborhood. Has all your beach and kitchen needs. Windows on all sides lets the light in and breeze pass thru. Bedroom has air conditioning and king size comfy bed.
