Ombyggda Condo 300 Ft från havet !!!

  • Gå in på vår nyligen ombyggda get-away. Enheten har byggts om från topp till botten, från golv till tak. Den lägenhet har en california king size-säng, nattduksbord med läslampor, byrå, takfläkt, 36 "platt-TV med Blue Ray DVD-spelare. Det nya badrummet har delats mellan diskbänken området och toalett / duschrum. Sink ligger i granit bänkskivan. Den nya travertin dusch känns som ett spa.
    Köket har granit bänkskivor med en spis av rostfritt stål. Nya skåp med granit bänkskivor lämnar gott om plats på bänken för matlagning. Clean-up är en enkel match med stanken av rostfritt stål, dra ut kranen, och diskmaskin i rostfritt stål. Köket har en kaffebryggare, brödrost, mixer, glas, porslin och alla redskap du behöver för att förbereda dina måltider. Äta på utvikbara matbordet eller äta på balkongen med utsikt över poolen. När du är klar att äta, koppla av i de bekväma stolarna och fånga spelet eller nyheter på platt-tv.
    Leksaken garderob har solstolar, mattor, en rullande svalare och boogie styrelser. Järnet och strykbräda hänger också här. Ta en kall drink och flytta till Lanai, eller tvärs över gatan till stranden.

Our stay in Bob's condo was excellent. It was our first time on Kauai and the location was perfect for exploring the south coast areas, and also an easy drive to Lihue and the north coast too. The small beach across the street is one of the best snorkeling beaches in all of Kauai, and the Beach House restaurant was really enjoyable too.Check in info was great, communication with Bob was also very good. Amenities in the condo were excellent, it was super helpful to have all the beach necessities right there for us. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely come back!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at the property. He had chairs and boogie boards for us to use while we were there and the property was so close to all the main Poipu attractions! Highly recommend staying here!

Better than expected

Really enjoyed the room overlooking the pool. They were overall resort was quiet and while obviously an older building was kept up well.

Wonderful Stay at Prince Kuhio

We loved our stay at the condo. It was the perfect size, layout, location, and amenities for the 2 of us. The condo had everything we needed: fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen and bath, comfy bed, balcony with gorgeous view, and beach amenities. The location was ideal: close to the beaches, Waimea canyon, shopping and restaurants.

The place had everything you need to enjoy Kauai! Having beach chairs and left over sunscreen was a fantastic touch and really added to our relaxing beach days!

Perfectly Situated

This property was perfectly situated whether you were sitting on the deck, going to the Beach House Restaurant, enjoying time on the beach, or driving short distances to shopping, beaches, coastal hikes, and points west! The kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was welcomed! It was all that we needed!

Charming Kuaui Condo

We appreciated all the extras in the condo such as beach chairs, towels & umbrella. We especially enjoyed jogging and our time on the beach. Breakfast on the patio was really nice.

Comfortable stay at Poipu

The studio was roomy and well equipped, including stove and plenty of cooking utensils to cook meals when desired. Lovely beach for sunset viewing and convenient shops and restaurants within walking distance. Personnel on site are pleasant.

Huge Studio

The Studio was awesome. My husband was worried at first when I said it was going to be a studio, but we were very impressed. Nice pool, walk to the ocean. I was hoping the beach would have been more sandy, but people watching was awesome.
