Excellent! Very comfortable, great location & views
We loved this condo! It was the best stocked vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. It has great kitchen supplies, a stocked pantry, all the beach gear you’d need, etc. The lanai was lovely with great ocean, beach, pool, and sunset views. Only a 5-10 minute walk to Poipu beach. Under 10 minute drive to many restaurants and grocery options. Internet speed was great. The ocean breeze and fans kept the temperature very comfortable. Comfortable bed too. Would love to stay here again!

Fabulous vacation
The apartment was well decorated and had all the supplies needed for a beach vacation! Best stocked kitchen made preparing meals super easy! Highly recommend this condo - would definitely stay again!

A Million Dollar View
We really enjoyed our stay at your condos & could not believe the full ocean view from our lanai! I don’t think we could have afforded a hotel room with the same view! We found the location to be perfect for heading out to all shores for activities & the area was so much quieter than Kaapa for instance. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need including beach chairs, umbrella & towels, all things you couldn’t bring with you! The bed was comfortable & you could hear the waves crashing outside! The bathroom had a spacious vanity & there was great closet/storage space to easily unpack & feel at home. We didn’t cook meals but the full size refrigerator & the coffee pot came in very handy. It was a very hands off process as far as the rental company goes but we were given phone numbers to call if we needed anything so we had our privacy! We could not have been more pleased with these accommodations & would book it again! Mahalo!

In the pass we have always have met the owners, in this case that didn't happen. We got charged twice (booking fee) once from VRBO and once for Management Company. Floors and cushions NEED to be cleaned. Lack on privacy from balcony Unit was Very well equipped would not rent this unit or work with VRBO in the future!!

Poipu condo
The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular! The location was perfect. We enjoyed walking to Poipu beach as well as the Heritage trail.

Excellent Poipo Location & wonderful condo
This unit is clean, and kitchen is well stocked. The Lanai has an excellent view of the ocean and sunset. Poipo beach is only a short walk away, and unit has beach chairs, an ice chest, and a boogie board to use. Kitchen has plenty of utensils, plates, glasses, and a few basics like salt/pepper, oils, spices, coffee maker, blender, coffee bean grinder, etc. Note that if you go in the heat of summer, the windows face west and the condos can get hot and their is no AC - but this unit does have ceiling fans, and a few standing fans to try to cool off at night.

Very enjoyable
very nice. Fantastic view from living room and lanai. Good location and orientation to catch the trade winds. Clean. Very well equipped and supplied. Has everything you need. Our only complaint was that the ceiling fan in the bedroom was unpredictable. It would turn itself on or off at random times. Couldn't figure out the control. Instructions on how to program the thing would have been nice. In spite of that we had a great time and would stay there again.

Perfect for the 2 of us!
We LOVED this condo — it felt like home! Excellent location, so nice to sit on balcony in morning and later to watch the sunset. On a few days we filled a wagon with chairs, umbrella, etc, pulled it to the beach and hung out there. Kitchen had many gadgets available, and we also made use of the dishwasher and washer/dryer. We found the location of the condo to be convenient as well. Check in/out process was a little inconvenient, as we arrived on a late flight and had to go to the office to pick up (& later return) keys.

Great studio for 2
This was a perfect studio apartment for two. We wanted a spot near Poipu Beach and we easily walked there with our snorkel gear and beach bag. The kitchen is well appointed and was perfect for cooking most of our meals and the sunset view from the Lanai during supper was spectacular. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious and updated. A very comfortable stay and a great location if you are looking for a south shore spot. The only word of caution I might offer in case it is important to others… the modified V design of the building means noise carries very easily. Even casual conversation at the pool or on lanais can intrude on others. For the most part, all residents followed quiet hours and we had no issues adhering to them. However, our next door neighbors had the expectation that they would have people over in the evenings and night and the building is not suitable for company like this even if you think you are being quiet. We spent a few nights ‘attending’ our neighbors gatherings by adjacency. But they soon stopped and adhered to quiet hours. And we went back to peaceful evenings.

Mostly enjoyable experience
The condo unit was as advertised. The ocean view was phenomenal. The main issue I had was with a guy who claimed to own the property. Someone parked in my assigned spot. I called the leasing company and they advised me to park in another spot. The guy, I think his name is Dennis, knocked on my window and was belligerent. He told me I couldn't park there and he would tow the vehicle. I explained to him that I called the leasing office and was told it was ok. That did not calm him. He told me there was open parking around the block. Mind you, I'm a woman traveling by myself and it is nighttime. It took another call to the leasing office who then had someone call him directly. During all of this the person in my assigned spot just casually came out and drove away. Ultimately, it was ok but was very scary in the moment. It did not happen again and the leasing office called the next day to check on me and extended my stay for one day. Overall great but watch out for Dennis.

Beautiful place, awful manager on site
We enjoyed the condo very much, it was beautiful and had amazing views. However, we were extremely unhappy to see the illegal use of round up being sprayed all over the property, as well as being yelled at for getting into the pool by the manager that’s on site. He was rude and scary and closed the pool over an hour early most nights. He certainly did his best to make sure every interaction we had with him was unnecessarily rude.

Fantastic location
We loved staying at this condo. We loved watching the sunset over the water from our balcony, being able to walk only a half a mile to Poipu Beach, and having a central location in which to explore the entire island. The condo itself was well stocked and clean. The rental checkin and drop off were easy since the office is located next to the airport. Everything was perfect!

Condo has everything you can think of re amenities particularly if you cook vs eating out! We were concerned re No Air Conditioning, but 2 Honeywell vertical fans provided great ventilation with shutters open to outdoor constant ocean breezes

Great location, nice amenities
Awesome, quiet condo. Everything was nice and well-maintained. The pool is a special treat after the ocean. Close to Brennecke's beach which is perfect for a quick swim, and the location is centrally located to all the adventures of Kauai. The check-in process was simple and everyone I worked with was accommodating and nice. Thank you so much for the great vacation!

A Wonderful Honeymoon Getaway
If you're looking for a quiet, clean, no-frills vacation rental, this is the place! It has a beautiful view of the nearby ocean and you can fall asleep listening to the sound of waves. There's no central AC, but the unit remained very comfortable with the windows and balcony open and overhead fans on. The neighborhood is a beautiful tropical paradise and we felt incredibly safe. The location is great, a 5 minute walk from the beach, 20 minutes from the airport and a 30 minute drive from all of attractions in Hanapepe, Waimea, and Poipu itself. Provided on arrival: beach towels, lounge chairs, beach umbrella, and tons of kitchen appliances. Highly recommend this great vacation rental!

Older place that is small with NO A/C
It was okay. The bedroom is really just a sliding partition that separates it from the living rm. Kitchen was pretty small but adequate. Would have liked a little bit more in the pantry such as sugar, some common spices, etc. The view and the the lanai is on the sunny West side of the condo and there are no room darkening drapes to keep the heat out. We went in Nov and cant imagine what it would be like in the summer especially with no A/C. The view was very good. The condo property is getting just a bit shabby especially the elevator but it worked. I guess we just thought that it would be as dazzling as the pictures on the website showed. Only gave us 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths for whole week.

Great sunset and quiet neighborhood
Very well furnished condo in a quiet neighborhood. Condo has all the amenities you need while exploring the island including beach chairs, boogey board, cooler, towels, etc. All the kitchen utensils necessary an lots of spices etc. Fantastic daily sunsets from the deck. It was also nice to jump in the pool after a beach day. Very comfortable king bed also!

Ocean views!!
We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Kahili 304...the 5 star resorts have nothing on this 180 degree view. Nothing too fancy but very comfortable - a great value. Thankfully a quiet complex since all the balconies face each other in an L-shape and our corner unit had us right beside our neighbors but it was not a problem. The view is worth it (and we met some nice people!).

We loved the condo. What an amazing view for the price! It was very nicely furnished. There were so many pantry items stocked there already I wish that we hadn't made a stop at Costco first. We ended up leaving a lot of things to add to the pantry. You really don't need anything except your clothes. They supply nice shampoo/body wash, just about any toiletries you would need, snorkeling gear, beach needs ie. boogie board, umbrella, towels, fins. It was immaculately clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo with great views
This condo was the perfect place to chill out for a week, although we would have liked to stay longer. The location in Poipu is great, and the condo complex, albeit old, is scrupulously maintained and clean. The unit itself is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It has been nicely updated and is well equipped with everything one might want or need including beach chairs and umbrellas. The king bed is super comfortable. We very highly recommend this condo and look forward to coming back in the future.

Stunning View, nicely updated & well equipped
We enjoyed this lovely updated condo with stunning views and sounds of the sea. Older but well maintained building located within walking distance of several beautiful beaches. Well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and many well thought out "extras" for travelers. This is the second time this year that I have stayed at Sunset Kahili, and I think it is an excellent value amongst the many other much higher priced places to stay in Poipu.

Beautiful Views!
Loved staying here, falling asleep to the sounds of waves....The condo is stocked with everything one needs to feel at home. Thank you for the snorkeling equipment as well as the beach chairs. We appreciated how well-appointed the space is as well as the water pressure in the shower. It's calm and welcoming. The swimming pool there is very nice as well, it was warm and enjoyable.
