Quiet & Relaxing garden view Condo with A/C at Kiahuna Plantation Resort.
Inside the condo is newly renovated with island modern furniture, decor and photography by local artist, Steve Munich so you can enjoy the sights of Kauai indoors. There is a private, one bedroom and bathroom with full kitchen, living room (queen sofa sleeper), dining room and spacious lanai. Step outside and enjoy 35 lush acres with BBQ grills, Koi ponds, Orchid and Moir Gardens and expansive lawns leading to the beach where you can swim, snorkel, surf and take in the sunset. Take a short stroll to Kiahuna Beach or world class Poipu beach where there is a shallow area and playground for the kids, lifeguards, picnic tables, bathrooms and to see the Sea Turtles come in for the night. Sometimes you will even find Monk Seals sleeping on the beach. Across the street you will have full access to the Poipu Athletic Club for open air workouts, resort-like pool with a sandy zero entry and water slide, and the Cabana Grill for food and drinks. Laundry facility is located on the resort property. Nearby you can enjoy hiking Heritage Trail and seeing Makauwahi Cave Reserve, Spouting Horn Park, Allerton Gardens, Old Koloa Town and more. Take a 1/2 Day or Full Day trip to Waimea Canyon (the Grand Canyon of the Pacific), Lihue, Kapa'a, Princeville and Hanalei Bay. There is so much to do & see here on Kauai, the Garden Isle.

We stayed 2 nights and It was perfect for the 2 of us. Great location. Walking distance to the beach, and a few restaurants. The garden view off the back balcony was beautiful. Casey the host, kept in communication with us before our arrival and throughout our stay. Casey was always available, if we had any questions regarding the area or recommendations.

We had a great stay at condo 301 in the Kiahuna Plantation. The condo had all the amenities we had hoped plus convenient beach chairs and umbrella for the nearby beach. The grounds were beautiful, well cared for and quiet. The location was convenient for access to the beach as well as to casual and upscale dining. The hosts were very helpful with activity suggestions before and during our stay with quick response to all questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the host, property and location.

Casey was the best host. We had the best time and all due to the special place we stayed. Close to EVERYTHING. There was pool, ocean, shopping, turtles, great food all within walking distance. Everything at the condo you could need or want. Plan to stay here again. The bed was amazing sleeping was so comfortable! Mahalo!!!

We stayed a week. The condo looked just like the listing. Location was great. So close to the beaches. Host replied to our messages in timely manner. The view from the balcony was really pretty. Loved the moir gardens below. It was nice that there were beach towels and chairs we could use. The weather was cooler while we were there, but we still used the a/c a couple days and it worked good. We would stay here again.

Casey was amazing to work with throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth, and Casey was beyond accommodating. The property itself is beautiful, and the location is perfect – right on the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc.Every time I found myself asking, "It'd be pretty cool if they had this item here." BOOM – I'd open a drawer, and there it was. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

nice place with easy beach access

Nice property in beautiful grounds, and walking distance to the beach. Clean, well-appointed, easy to check in. Good communication with owners and property manager. Allowed us a late check-out on the last day, making it easy to enjoy the beach and go directly to the airport showered and clean. Good value for the area

Wonderful experience!

Check in and out was a breeze..Villa was spacious, clean came with everything we needed.. laundry area was a plus…first floor was also perfect as we did t have to haul luggage up and down.. I would highly recommend this property and villa for your stay.. perfect spacious and clean..Near longs drugs store, Starbucks etc.Very tranquil and serene spot…

Excellent stay!

The condo is well equipped and comfortable. It was a short stroll to the beach. We didn't need to use the AC at all around Christmas time. The beach but on the property provides towels and chairs, but there are also portable beach chairs in the unit if you're exploring other beaches around the area. Overall we had a great stay, the sunsets were beautiful on the beach!
