Trådlöst höghastighetsinternet, HD-tv och över 200 kabelkanaler gör denna lägenhet ännu bekvämare för gästerna. Sovrummet, med king size-säng och fullt badrum, kan separeras från vardagsrummet med exotiska skjutdörrar. Det perfekta valet för par som letar efter en lugn, vänlig och bekväm semesterplats.

Njut av den obegränsade havsutsikten och spektakulära solnedgångar från vardagsrummet, sovrummet och privata lanai i detta rymliga ett sovrum, ett badvåningsbostad. Från din synvinkel på tredje våningen, belägen bekvämt nära hissen och trappuppgången i detta 35-anläggning rökfria komplex, se en daglig panorama som ofta innehåller lekfulla knölvalar (december - april), spinner delfiner, nyfikna havssköldpaddor, surfare, kajakpaddlare, utriggskanoter och en potpourri av annan sjötrafik mot den mjuka bakgrundsmumlingen av vågor. Tilldelad parkering, privat pool och ett aktivitetsrum med en självbetjäningsbar DVD och ett bibliotek ökar attraktionen i denna byggnad.

En kort promenad väster förbi "Turtle Cove" för att titta på havssköldpaddorna som knaprar till gnuggar på klipporna eller vågorna som bryter på Brenneckes strand, tar dig till den berömda Poipu-stranden. Där hittar du ofta munsälar eller havssköldpaddor som slappar av i sanden medan barn hyser på "babystranden" och snorklare njuter av det otroligt olika undervattenslivet. Genom att österut längs en pittoresk vandringsled ovanför klipporna vid havet tar du dig till vackra avlägsna stränder. Shopping, restauranger och sevärdheter finns i närheten. The apartment was well decorated and had all the supplies needed for a beach vacation! Best stocked kitchen made preparing meals super easy! Highly recommend this condo - would definitely stay again!

There is a wonderful ocean view, and we spent every morning on the private lanai enjoying that view while we ate breakfast. This place has always felt perfect for the two of us!

We loved this condo! It was the best stocked vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. It has great kitchen supplies, a stocked pantry, all the beach gear you’d need, etc. The lanai was lovely with great ocean, beach, pool, and sunset views. Only a 5-10 minute walk to Poipu beach. Under 10 minute drive to many restaurants and grocery options. Internet speed was great. The ocean breeze and fans kept the temperature very comfortable. Comfortable bed too. Would love to stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really didn't care for this unit and complex in general. I was very uncomfortable with all the mirrors throughout the condo. Way too much. The wicker made chairs were terrible also. The most uncomfortable space was out on the Lanai, where the neighbors lanai was only about 5 feet away and it's like i had no privacy, nor did they. I was constantly worried about the TV being too loud also. Just a very weird place, in my opinion. Never again!!

Ocean breezes, beautiful views and we love to walk to Poipu beach every morning to see the turtles and Seals. The sunsets from the lanai are breathtaking! We were not sure if the room temperature would be an issue without A/C, but between the ocean breeze and the fans, the room stays very pleasant. (But we don't spend a ton of time in the room, with so much to do on Kauai!) This is our 4th stay at Sunset Kahii and we will be back!

Kauai Vacation Rentals had a packet ready for us with precise directions and parking spot. The unit was clean, had everything we needed. The view from the lanai was beautiful. We ate out there all the time. It will get warm in the unit if you don’t keep the drapes closed in the afternoons. It was very quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be back again.

Excellent Poipo Location & wonderful condo

This unit is clean, and kitchen is well stocked. The Lanai has an excellent view of the ocean and sunset. Poipo beach is only a short walk away, and unit has beach chairs, an ice chest, and a boogie board to use. Kitchen has plenty of utensils, plates, glasses, and a few basics like salt/pepper, oils, spices, coffee maker, blender, coffee bean grinder, etc. Note that if you go in the heat of summer, the windows face west and the condos can get hot and their is no AC - but this unit does have ceiling fans, and a few standing fans to try to cool off at night.

In the pass we have always have met the owners, in this case that didn't happen. We got charged twice (booking fee) once from VRBO and once for Management Company. Floors and cushions NEED to be cleaned. Lack on privacy from balcony Unit was Very well equipped would not rent this unit or work with VRBO in the future!!

Everything provided, perfect apartment and very nice view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets.My wife and I have been to Poipu 4 times, first time in Sunset Kahili, a very good experience.The entire complex is well maintained and clean. We had one neighbor doing some tile work for a few days, but nothing that would ruin our days.The entire complex is very sensitive to noise, so you have to talk quietly. A normal conversation or tv sound can be heard all over. We had a day with loud neighbors but it was taken care of by the complex manager immediately.All in all, a very nice week.

A Million Dollar View

We really enjoyed our stay at your condos & could not believe the full ocean view from our lanai! I don’t think we could have afforded a hotel room with the same view! We found the location to be perfect for heading out to all shores for activities & the area was so much quieter than Kaapa for instance. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need including beach chairs, umbrella & towels, all things you couldn’t bring with you! The bed was comfortable & you could hear the waves crashing outside! The bathroom had a spacious vanity & there was great closet/storage space to easily unpack & feel at home. We didn’t cook meals but the full size refrigerator & the coffee pot came in very handy. It was a very hands off process as far as the rental company goes but we were given phone numbers to call if we needed anything so we had our privacy! We could not have been more pleased with these accommodations & would book it again! Mahalo!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and equipped with every amenity we could wish for. Immaculately clean.What could be improved: There was no air conditioning, so it was very hot at certain times of the day. It was 80+ degrees inside the unit in the evenings due to the western sun exposure, even though all windows and louvers were wide open and there was a 15mph wind, and we had all the fans turned on.The magnetically attached shower head wasn’t angled enough to prevent water from spraying onto the floor.We appreciated the laundry supplies, but the Tide pods have too strong fragrance. It would be better to provide fragrance-free products.All in all, we would recommend Sunset Kahili 304!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunset Kahili is an amazing place to stay! Condo 304 came fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Poipu. Supplying your own food & clothing, everything else is there. The beach is a 5 min walk and at sunset you can see the sea turtles on the beach. The lanai has a spectacular view of the ocean from the NW to the South. Watch the sunset, surfers, dolphins, boats, birds & the weather as you relax. We will definitely stay again as this was the best value for our vacation. It truly is paradise!
