“Need elevator”

“Must stay!”

“Second stay and really like this place. Great Staff good rooms and breakfast. A great location for walking to old town.”

“Live this place”

“Bell Hotel is absolutely beautiful, old charm and Spanish style is timeless, feels like you have your own villa. I plan to stay here again”

“Very modern and spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful. Rooftop pool area could be better, but overall pleased with the stay.”

“The location was great and the view was beauitful!”

“I have stayed here multiple times and each time I stay here it gets better and better, it’s what I consider to be the BEST hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Fenomenal staff, from checkin, concierge, butlers EVERYONE is amazing and helpful. The rooms and views are AMAZING, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, a five diamond experience from the jacuzzi on the balcony to service and staff. Highly recommended.”

“The view was really nice, the room clean, nice and cold. Also friendly staff…but there are too many stairs and the pool is just a hot tub.”

“Excellent location. The staff was extremely helpful and several great Taqueria’s were located within a block of the hotel. This is located in the romantic zone, which is pretty central to taking Ubers to get around and see the sites. My prices to the staff for their energetic efforts and preparing the hotel for the coming hurricane. Very exciting. Would stay here again.”

“After a truly horrible experience with a different property in Puerto Vallarta, Vallarta shores was a saving grace for our family trip. The staff did their best to immediately accommodate our family when moving to their property at 11:00 a.m. The rooms are spacious, well air-conditioned with amazing views. We will definitely be back!”
