Best stay and hosts
Wow, the best hosts and stay we have had for a very very long time. The hosts Irina and Lukas ( I hope i remembered the names correctly 😁) were extremely friendly and helping. The room we stayed in were very beautiful and clean and had everything you would need in an appartement inkluding AC. The pool area was perfekt for our children. Next time we visit Cavtat we are totally gonna book this again. Thank you. Astrit with family

Absolut toppskick i Cavtat
Absolut fantastiskt ställe, både Villa Lukas med sitt perfekta läge och orten Cavtat. Om ni tänker er bo i Dubrovnik, tänk om bo i Cavtat på Villa Lukas och ta båten eller bussen in till Dubrovnik. Värdparet på villa Lukas är otroligt serviceinriktade. Lägenheterna är fräscha, bra utrustat kitchenet och smakfull inredning och ytskikt, sovrummet har sköna sängar och sängkläder. Villa Lukas har ett litet gym, bastu, en jacuzzi och pool samt ismaskin och kaffe fritt till gästernas förfogande.

A good place to stay
We had a VIP apartment which was nice and modern with a balcony with seaview. There is also gym, sauna and pool. It's upside the hill from town so you have to walk a little bit. If that is not a problem this is really a good place to stay.

A great hotel!
A great place! The hotel was nice and clean. The owner was a very nice and helpful person. Nice pool. Close to the city center. On the way back to the hotel you need to be well trained though ☺ There's a supermarket 3 minutes walk from the hotel. There, you can buy freshly baked bread and croissants for breakfast.

Stilrent och fräscht
Nybyggt och stilrent boende. Mycket rent och fräscht. Luka och hans fru är vänliga och hjälpsamma på alla sätt, utan att vara påträngande. Stort plus för jacuzzin och poolen. Väldigt lugnt och fridfullt både i huset och närområdet. Bara ett par minuters promenad till närmsta mataffär. Enda nackdelen är det långa avståndet till bad i havet. Cavtat är en oerhört mysig och vacker by. Vi gjorde en dagsutflykt till Dubrovnik, som var storslaget, vackert och verkligen värt ett besök, men vi kände direkt att vi var glada att vi valt att bo i Cavtat. Mycket mindre turister, närmare till natur, grönska och bad, billigare, personligare och fridfullare.

We booked one night at this place before going to the airport but we should have booked more! Cavtat is a little gem of a town and not too crowded either. Villa Luka's is super clean, fresh and modern. You can tell Luka really cares about his facilites. It costed us less per night than hotels in other places but it was a much nicer stay. Loved it.

Rekommenderas!
Vi (2+3) bodde på Lukas 4 nätter. Hotellet nyöppnat och i toppskick. Perfekt för vår familj - bra rum med kokmöjlighet (även om köksutrustning var ganska minimal), fint litet poolområde, supermarket och buss inom 100m. Rätt kämpig promenad från hamnen i Cavtat till hotell. Luka väldigt hjälpsam! Rekommenderas!

Villa Luka´s 5 stjärnor !
Vi tycker Villa Luka´s var helt perfekt! Sjukt prisvärt för rummen man får.Paret som äger hotellet hjälpte alltid till med allt och visade oss runt.De körde runt på osss utan extra kostnad till och med till flygplatsen.

We found everything at the property excellent. Danielle met us and explained all we needed to know, she was always friendly, approachable and gave us lots of information about the local area and Dubrovnik. Thank you Danielle and all the rest of the staff we met. If there was anything we would have changed it would have been to have cotton top sheets on the beds as well as the coverings provided. Would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Lucas!

Lovely little find
A lovely few days in this apartment. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, little kitchen with fridge, small but lovely little pool. Danielle was so friendly and gave us bus times and helped with all our questions. Supermarket only 5 minutes walk away and small restaurant and bar a little further down the road. 10 mins walk into Cavtat down the hill but a tough walk back up. There is a bus though if you don’t want to walk. Good value

Irene is a lovely host. We got in late and the shop across the way was closed. She brought us tea, milk, and biscuits. Just wish we had had more time to enjoy the premises.

The property is very nice and clean and the room spacious with a nice terrace. The kitchen is small but efficient and there is a shared kitchen as well as laundry available on Level 1 of the building. The gym with aerobic machines and weights was a treat not often found in non-hotel properties. The outdoor space including pool and hot tub was nice but unfortunately was posted to close at 7pm. The hot tub was lukewarm and was only hot enough to enjoy on the last evening of our 4 night stay. Note that there is no elevator and luggage may need to be carried up several flights of stairs depending on the location of the room. Parking is on site. Three things are beyond the control of the property owner but may affect the decision to choose this property: 1. To get to shopping and restaurants in the village of Cavtat involves a 10-15 minute walk down and back up a very step hill with a number of stairs; this may be a challenge for the very young or very old or the less physically fit. 2. There is construction on a road right in front of the property and a multi-story building across the street which is part of the view when you look out to the blue Aegean Sea from the terrace. During our 4 days we didn't see much work going on but there is heavy equipment and several workers came and went causing additional traffic and noise in the area. 3. The property is in the flight path of the Dubrovnik airport and dozens of planes go over each day with associated jet noise.

Really good experience at Villa Luka's and highly recommend. I stayed in the two bed apartment accommodation. It’s very clean, staff are lovely, and outdoor space/gym is good. The airport transport was the cherry on the cake. The Villa is also located a good distance away from the hustle and bustle of centre with a local supermarket extremely close nearby. I would stay again.

We found Villa Luka to be absolutely the perfect spot to stay for our Croatia vacation. The building is new, gorgeous, immaculate and has everything one would need for a self-catering stay. The owners are outstanding and incredibly attentive. Our housekeeper was amazing and so very sweet. We would highly recommend Villa Lukas for a stay in Cavtat. Anyone considering this property please feel free to contact me with further questions about our stay!
