“Great location halfway between the ski hill and town. Not much in the way of housekeeping so plan to just rent the room for a week. "Breakfast" was toast and jam one day. No cream another day. Buy Fernie was awesome.”

“The listing itself is deceptive, because it does not tell you that it is in a hotel-- a very. filled up kid / dog friendly hotel. Staff were fine but the room itself was nasty. The place is in disrepair, stains and generally yuck in all the corners etc. walls are paper thin enough you can actually hear the bathroom activities of your neighbors.....”

“It is advertised as room and breakfast. But when I asked where we meet for breakfast, I was told that they don’t do it anymore. I had booked through VRBO and was very happy with the booking. I was even assigned a room for a pet. I was told that the room had just been deep cleaned. The floors were dirty and the full length mirror was very streaky. The TV would only allow me to get to the menu and no further. There was no instructions for the TV. I was asked to pay for my pet dog. I had to tell...
