“Advertised pool but pool gone for two years”

“Great location, when we arrived and checked in did not get the room I paid and booked for. Took awhile to get correct room and then had to call as they charged my card for an upgrade which I didn’t upgrade , I had booked a room with beds. Was able to grill out which was great! Staff did help us fix room issues was just inconvenient.”

“Staff went out of their way to try to help when we were stranded by Uber and Lyft after the concert we attended. The room was clean and quiet even though we expected traffic noise with the location. We did wonder if you have coffee makers in the rooms? Ours was missing if so (but only used your location for sleeping and then breakfast and out the door so missed checking with the front desk). Breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety. Thank you.”

“Clean room, welcoming staff”
