Located in a small bay in the town of Žrnovo on Korčula Island, Villa Zora is a modern seafront villa boasting a private swimming pool. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and makes an ideal holiday destination for friends and families. It is conveniently located just 20m from the sea and 300m from La’Bany beach. Additionally, Korčula town, featuring plenty of cafes, restaurants, galleries, and historic landmarks, is within a short driving distance (3 km).

Villa Zora (370 sqm) develops over four floors connected by stairs and a lift/elevator.

In the basement you will find the garage and a toilet and on the ground floor, a guest reception area featuring a spacious corridor with lift/elevator access and stairs.

On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms each with king size beds, an LCD TV, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom (with shower). All rooms have large sliding doors with stunning views of the sea and surrounding area.

On the second floor, you will find an inviting open-plan living room with large comfortable sofas, an LCD TV, and a fireplace. There is also a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, a pantry, and a dining table (for 8 guests). Additionally, there is a double bedroom with a king size bed and LCD TV, as well as an ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside the rooms on the second floor, offer access to a large terrace with a swimming pool (30 sqm; approximately 1.6m deep). Other outdoor amenities include comfortable seating, sun loungers, a dining table, and an outdoor shower. Additionally, there is a smaller terrace with an outdoor sink, barbecue/grill and a second dining table.
