"Vi var väldigt nöjda med utsikten, den var verkligen fantastisk och höjde hela vistelsen. Däremot kändes hotellet i sig lite gammalt och maten var ganska trist, inget som stack ut. Vi reste i början av oktober och då var mycket av hotellets service redan stängd, bland annat spaavdelningen och den bättre restaurangen. Eftersom hotellet marknadsför sig som ett spahotell kändes det missvisande att dessa faciliteter inte var tillgängliga. Hade vi vetat det i förväg hade vi nog valt ett annat hotell."

"Great place. You can use the facilities at Grecotel Corfu Imperial next beside as well. That is reasonabke since a lot of pictures on Eva Palace webpage actually comea from Corfu Imperial. The beach at Corfu Imperial is good and have sun all day but the small beach at Eva Palace doesn’t have full sun until 14:00 and is very small. Next time we will stay at Corfu Imperial instead. But Palace is a very nice place with spectacular gardens."

"I have never written a hotel review before, however I feel compelled to write after my disappointing experience at MarBella. On our last night my family of 6 were moved into two rooms directly under the main restaurant. We heard scratching and scraping every time a guest moved their chair and especially when tables where moved. This was constant during restaurant open hours and cleaning afterwards which was 6-10pm and again from 7-12am during breakfast. We informed reception immediately to which they said they are aware of the problem and apologize. Neither myself or my children are noise sensitive whatsoever, but this was unbearable. When I requested to speak with management the next morning I was shuffled between staff and finally got an email that they will not compensate me despite being aware of the problem (many others had complained) and admitting it was unacceptable and charging full high-season price. As a result of this utter disrespect and terrible customer service I will now list the other issues with the hotel: 1. Not up to standard of cleanliness for a 5 star resort 2. Waited for 10-25 minutes for a table for breakfast and dinner at main restaurant every day. Admittedly it was probably during the busy hours but regardless there should not be that type of line to a restaurant (it was the only dining option for over half of the nights) 3. Many guests smoking in children friendly areas 4. Beer tasted like 5. Coffee very weak and watered down 6. I was consisten"

"Very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Would stay here again. Very quiet considering the location in the square. Never heard a sound. Very good location. "

"This is a fantastic hotel and we loved are stay here. The location and views are superb in both the restaurants and the pool-area. Sea veiw rooms are beautiful and clean. Private beach with a lot of sunbeds is also fantastic.Staff if very friendly and helpful. Food, especially in the A la carte restaurants are really good, and also the drinks by all the bars are high-standard. It’s indeed newly opened and they have some areas of improvement to truly give that overall 5-star feeling. There is a slight smell in some areas of the hotel, but didn’t disturb are overall experience. There is not enough sunbeds and people tend to get up as early as 7am to reserve. The main restaurants is a little understaffed especially during breakfast and lunch to take drink-orders. Would love to have waiters come out to the sunbeds and take orders instead of queuing by the bar. Make sure the reserve A la carte dinners before you arrive to make sure you get all your included dinners. "
