“I had booked a room for a engineer and due to flight delays he arrived 4 days later than planned.
The hotelstaff did not hesitate changing the stay to meet the flights even if the booking was done without possibility of refund.
My engineer have stayed here once last year and we did not hesitate to select this hotel for this visiit and we will for sure book rooms here next time we have business in Palau.”

“I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat
There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days
Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists”

“フロントスタッフの方々がとても親切で、そしてフレンドリーに接してくれました。子供たちにも明るく話しかけてくれました。金庫が故障していましたが、夜中遅くでも対応してくれました。
設備についてですが、シャワールームの水はけが悪く、トイレの方へ水が漏れていたのが気になりました。また、バスタブの水が止めても少しずつ抜けてしまっていました。
トータル的には、非常に満足でした。”
