“This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out! There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive. “Nikolas was very kind to us! We werw very late because pur luggage was no there at the airport in Athens. Nervertheless we had a great welcome by Nikolas. We enjoyed our stay, nade visits to Mykene, Epidauros and so on. But we also visited the town enjoyed the markets. the resttaurants and even the beach. On the other hand we hat beautiful evenings in the house, we were able to prepare beautiful meals in the fully eqipped kitchen. Thank You Nikolas”

“This property below the Clock Tower was an amazing place to stay. Communication with the owner was stellar with prompt and very clear directions. We were toured throughout the house and then personally guided to the beach- which was fantastic because I don’t know if we would have found it otherwise through all the winding paths! “Only bad thing about this place was there wasn’t enough light in the bathroom for a 60 year old to apply makeup and there was no magnifying mirror to help. Otherwise, a great little apartment to explore Nafplio! ”

“Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und relativ neu. Das Herzstück ist Magdalena, die jeden Tag da ist und bei Problemen oder Fragen gern behilflich ist. Jeden 3. Tag gibt es neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche ( sonst nicht üblich), wird die Unterkunft gereinigt. Die Küche ist für 2 Personen voll ausreichend. Schön sind auch die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, man kann immer Sonne oder Schatten haben. Die Außenanlagen sind gepflegt und sehr schön begrünt. Der Pool verfügt über...

“Lovely place to stay in Nafplio. The house has just been renovated and looks really nice. The terrace(s) are great for eating any time of the day (weather permitting) and make up for a small kitchen and bathroom :-)! Can really recommend!”

“Agréable séjour dans cet appartement avec sa vue magnifique, très bien équipé avec tous les équipements nécessaires ! Propriétaire très aimable même si difficultés de contacts à cause de la langue (nous ne parlons que quelques d'anglais), plus facile avec la propriétaire qui parle quelques mots d'anglais, nous avions apporté des macarons de notre région et avons reçu en retour une bonne bouteille de Néméa ! Location à recommander vivement !”

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Excellent service and the hotel was really nice and the view was beautiful as expected. The hotel was pretty close to the city so we didn't have to use our car since the hotel was offering an elevator towards the city which made it pretty smooth for us and our baby (use of stroller). Nevertheless, the only thing that disappointed us was the breakfast. Not as good as expected from that type of hotel. However, we had lunch once there and the food was really delicious Overall I recommend this hotel both for couples and families especially if you prefer to be "away" from the city during the night enjoying the view from the top but pretty close so you can explore the city during the day "
